Claims (5)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた排気絞り弁と、該排気絞り弁上流側の排気通路に弁を介して連通可能な蓄圧容器と、前記排気絞り弁上流側の排気通路から前記蓄圧容器へエネルギー回収を行うべく前記排気絞り弁を閉弁制御する排気絞り弁制御手段とを備えたエネルギー回収装置において、
前記排気絞り弁上流側の排気通路に連通する連通路と、
該連通路に設けられた圧力調節弁と、
前記排気絞り弁が前記排気絞り弁制御手段によって閉弁制御されたとき、前記排気絞り弁上流側の排気通路の圧力を減速ショックが出ない圧力とするように、前記圧力調節弁の開度を制御する圧力調節弁制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするエネルギー回収装置。 - 前記連通路は前記排気絞り弁上流側の排気通路と吸気通路とを連通するEGR通路であり、前記圧力調節弁はEGR弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー回収装置。
- 前記圧力調節弁制御手段は、機関回転数および車速の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記排気絞り弁の閉弁と同期して前記圧力調節弁の開度を初期開度にしてから、前記圧力調節弁の開度を変えるように、該圧力調節弁の開度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエネルギー回収装置。
- 前記圧力調節弁制御手段は、機関回転数が低くなるほど前記圧力調節弁の開度を小さくするように、前記圧力調節弁の開度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のエネルギー回収装置。
- 前記圧力調節弁制御手段は、車速が遅くなるほど前記圧力調節弁の開度を小さくするように、前記圧力調節弁の開度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のエネルギー回収装置。
