Claims (7)
- 内部に回転切削具(8)が回転自在に設置され、上部外面に固定スプライン(12)が形成された切削具ハウジング(10)と、
上記切削具ハウジング(10)の上部に螺合されて回転切削具(8)に回転力を提供する工具と選択的に連結されるアダプタ(20,20a)と、
上記アダプタ(20)(20a)の外側に形成された外向フランジ(26)と切削具ハウジング(10)との間に挟結される目盛計(30)と、
上記切削具ハウジング(10)の外側に上下移送可能に螺合され、外面に回転スプライン(41)が形成された移送ガイドホルダ(40)と、
上記移送ガイドホルダ(40)の下部に螺合され、底部にガイド板(51)が形成された支持ホルダ(50)と、
上記移送ガイドホルダ(40)の回転スプライン(41)及び切削具ハウジング(10)の固定スプライン(12)と結合される回転スプライン(61)が、内面に形成され、選択的に上下にスライディング移送しながら面取量を調節及び維持する面取量調節具(60)と、
上記面取量調節具(60)及び支持ホルダ(50)との間に挟持されて面取量調節具(60)に弾性力を提供する弾力部材(70)からなることを特徴とする面取量調節が容易な面取機。 - アダプタ(20)は内部中央にスパイラルベベルギア(22)が形成された動力軸(23)が回転自在に設置され、上記動力軸(23)は回転切削具(8)と連結された回転軸(24)と螺合され、上記スパイラルベベルギア(22)は面取機本体(1)の回転力が伝達されるようにアダプタ(20)に形成された装着板(25)が面取機本体(1)の方向転換部(2)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取量調節が容易な面取機。
- アダプタ(20a)は上部に動力軸(23)が貫通された状態でエアツール(9)が螺合され、上記動力軸(23)は回転切削具(8)と連結された回転軸(24)と螺合されてエアツール(9)の回転力が伝達されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取量調節が容易な面取機。
- 面取量調節具(60)と弾力部材(70)の外側にはスプリングカバー(80)が挟設され、上記スプリングカバー(80)の下端に形成された内向鍔(81)に弾力部材(70)の下部が弾支されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取量調節が容易な面取機。
- 切削具ハウジング(10)の下部外周縁にはリング溝(43)が形成され、上記リング溝(43)には移送ガイドホルダ(40)の過度な回転時に切削具ハウジング(10)から移送ガイドホルダ(40)が分離することを防止するスナップリング(44)が設置され、上記スナップリング(44)は移送ガイドホルダ(40)に形成されたストッパ(45)に移送制限されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取量調節が容易な面取機。
- 面取量調節具(60)の外周縁には回転切削具(8)の切削チップ(8a)を交換するために分解した面取機の組立時に面取量の最初基準点を正確に再設定するための基準セッティング目盛(63)が表記されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取量調節が容易な面取機。
- 目盛計(30)は固定スプライン(12)及び回転スプライン(41)(61)の等分された凹凸部と同一に等分割された面取目盛(32)が表記されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取量調節が容易な面取機。
