本发明涉及到一种砂轮机，尤其涉及一种电动台式砂轮机调速机构。
背景技术
电动台式砂轮机是一种常用的磨削工具，用于打磨一些材质较硬的工件，如：刀具、钻头等。现有电动台式砂轮机结构主要包括：底座、设置在底座上的开关面板、机身动力源、设置在开关面板上用于控制机身动力源的开关、分别设置在机身动力源两端且由机身动力源驱动的砂轮片。现有的电动台式砂轮机不具有调速功能，使用起来很不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种具有调速功能的电动台式砂轮机调速机构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：电动台式砂轮机调速机构，包括：电机端盖和电机轴，在所述电机轴上设置有感光片，在感光片上设置有若干感光孔，在所述电机端盖上设置有与感光片相配合的感光器，感光器通过电路板与控制面板相连接。
本发明的优点是：上述电动台式砂轮机调速机构，具有调速功能，使用起来非常方便。

如图1所示，电动台式砂轮机调速机构，包括：电机端盖1和电机轴2，在所述电机轴2上设置有感光片3，在感光片3上设置有若干感光孔4，在所述电机端盖1上设置有与感光片3相配合的感光器5，感光器5通过电路板与控制面板相连接。
上述电动台式砂轮机调速机构，使用时，电机轴2带动感光片3转动，感应器5感应到感光片3的转速，将信息通过电路板传给控制面板，控制面板根据需要控制电机轴的转速。

1.电动台式砂轮机调速机构，包括：电机端盖(1)和电机轴(2)，其特征在于：在所述电机轴(2)上设置有感光片(3)，在感光片(3)上设置有若干感光孔(4)，在所述电机端盖(1)上设置有与感光片(3)相配合的感光器(5)，感光器(5)通过电路板与控制面板相连接。
