図1、図2に示す人工爪と同様の人工爪を下記のように作製した。先ず、歯科用シリコーン印象材(松風デントシリコーン:株式会社松風製)で自爪の印象を採得し、印象採得したシリコーンに歯科用石膏(松風モデルストーン:株式会社松風製)を流して作業模型を作った。次に、軟化させた歯科用シートワックス(ゲージ32松風:株式会社松風製)を作業模型上に押し付け、爪の辺縁と同型にワックスアップを行い、ワックス基台を作製した。ワックス基台の長さは、人工爪完成後において外観上基台が見えないように、デザインされた人工爪の長さより0.5mm短めに設定した。このワックス基台にスプールをたて鋳造リングに植立させ、歯科用埋没材(スーパークィック:株式会社松風製)を用いてワックス基台を埋没させた。埋没材が硬化後、上記鋳造リングを歯科用リングファーネス(リングファーネス100:株式会社松風製)を用い、800℃で30分加熱することでワックスを焼却させ、基台型を作製した。この基台型に歯科用陶材焼付け用金属(セラミックゴールド:株式会社松風製)を充填し、歯科用鋳造機(アルゴンキャスター:株式会社松風製)を用いて金属材料を加熱溶融して基台2を作製した。基台2は小型の自動研磨器で厚みを0.3mmに調整した。調整後、基台表面を歯科用サンドブラスター(ハイブラスターオーバルジェット:株式会社松風社製)で処理した。
図3Bに示す人工爪と同様の人工爪を下記のように作製した。即ち、予め基台2に金属装飾品7をろう着させる部分である構6を設け、構6に金属装飾品7をろう着した以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で、人工爪を作製した。なお、構6と金属装飾品7とのろう着は、歯科用ポーセレンファーネス(シングルマット:株式会社松風製)を用い、昇温45℃/分、設定温度700℃〜845℃で焼成することで行った。
図4Bに示す人工爪と同様の人工爪を下記のように作製した。即ち、予め基台2に装飾用宝石9を装着させる部分である爪8を設け、爪8に装飾用宝石9を装着した以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で、人工爪を作製した。

Claims (10)
- 基台と、前記基台の上に接合された人工爪本体部とを含む人工爪であって、
前記基台は、金属材料又はセラミックス材料で形成され、
前記人工爪本体部は、歯科用陶材である高融陶材、中融陶材、低融陶材をこの順番に盛り上げて焼成することで形成されていることを特徴とする人工爪。 - 前記セラミックス材料及び金属材料は、歯科用材料である請求項1に記載の人工爪。
- 前記人工爪本体部は、宝石材料をさらに含む請求項1に記載の人工爪。
- 前記宝石材料は、ダイヤ、オパール、ルビー、サファイア及び瑪瑙からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項3に記載の人工爪。
- 前記基台の厚みが、0.3mm以上0.7mm以下である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の人工爪。
- 前記基台を形成するセラミックス材料は、ジルコニアである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の人工爪。

前記基台の上に、歯科用陶材である高融陶材、中融陶材、低融陶材をこの順番に盛り上げて焼成することで人工爪本体部を形成する工程とを含むことを特徴とする人工爪の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の人工爪の使用方法であって、
自爪の全体又は一部に第1の接着剤、第2の接着剤をこの順に塗布した後、前記第2の接着剤の上に前記人工爪を取り付けることを特徴とする人工爪の使用方法。 - 前記第1の接着剤は、ネイル用ジェルである請求項8に記載の人工爪の使用方法。
- 前記第2の接着剤は、歯科用接着剤である請求項8又は9に記載の人工爪の使用方法。
