Claims (4)
- 電解質の両側に一対の電極を設けた電解質・電極構造体に積層される燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法であって、
互いに積層される金属製プレート同士を積層方向に位置決めする位置決め部材を、成形型内にインサート部品として少なくとも一方の前記金属製プレートに設けられた位置決め用孔部に配置する工程と、
前記成形型内に溶融樹脂を射出して、前記金属製プレートにシール部材を一体成形して燃料電池用セパレータを得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の製造方法において、前記シール部材は、前記位置決め部材の少なくとも一部を埋設して前記位置決め部材を前記金属製プレートに保持することを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 電解質の両側に一対の電極を設けた電解質・電極構造体の両側に燃料電池用セパレータが積層される燃料電池の組み付け方法であって、
互いに積層される第1及び第2金属製プレート同士を積層方向に位置決めする第1及び第2位置決め部材を、成形型内にインサート部品として前記第1及び第2金属製プレートに設けられた第1及び第2位置決め用孔部に配置する工程と、
前記成形型内に溶融樹脂を射出して、前記第1及び第2金属製プレートに第1及び第2シール部材を一体成形して第1及び第2燃料電池用セパレータを得る工程と、
前記第1及び第2燃料電池用セパレータ間に前記電解質・電極構造体を介装するとともに、前記第1位置決め部材と前記第2位置決め部材とを互いに嵌合させることにより、前記第1及び第2燃料電池用セパレータ同士を相対的に位置決めして燃料電池を得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池の組み付け方法。 - 請求項3記載の組み付け方法において、前記第1及び第2シール部材は、前記第1及び第2位置決め部材の少なくとも一部を埋設して前記第1及び第2位置決め部材を前記第1及び第2金属製プレートに保持することを特徴とするの燃料電池の組み付け方法。
