Description
Claims (6)
- 所定の長手軸(6)を中心として回転するように取り付けられており、前記長手軸(6)と同軸である表面(16)を有し、この表面(16)において、径方向外方に開口する複数の溝(15)が形成されたロータ(9)と、
ロータ(9)の周囲に延在して、ロータ(9)に対して偏心して取り付けられているステータ(10)と、
各々が、対応する前記溝(15)内で摺動可能に取り付けられており、ステータ(10)に向き合う外縁部(18)を有する複数の羽根(17)と、
ロータ(9)とステータ(10)との間の偏心度を選択的に制御する調節手段(12)と、
を備えた、油吐出用の可変吐出量羽根式ポンプにおいて、さらに、
ステータ(10)と羽根(17)の外縁部(18)との間に配置され、360°よりも小さい角度の範囲にわたって前記長手軸(6)の周りに延びる少なくとも1つの摺動部材(19;27)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの摺動部材(19;27)が、2つの湾曲端部(20;28)、または前記長手軸(6)と平行な、厚肉された2つの縁部を有し、
前記2つの湾曲端部(20;28)の一方または2つの縁部の一方が前記羽根(17)の1つと接触していることを特徴とする可変吐出量羽根式ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、前記摺動部材(19)が単一である可変吐出量羽根式ポンプ。
- 請求項1において、少なくとも2つの前記摺動部材(27)が前記長手軸(6)の周囲に配置されている可変吐出量羽根式ポンプ。
- 請求項1において、前記少なくとも1つの摺動部材(19;27)が、ステータ(10)および羽根(17)に対して周方向に摺動可能に連結されている可変吐出量羽根式ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項において、さらに、
前記長手軸(6)と平行であるロータ(9)の対向する側面に配置され、長手軸(6)の周囲に延在する2つの環状の部材(22)を備え、
各羽根(17)が、対応する前記溝(15)から軸方向に突出しており、前記環状の部材(22)と接触して配置されている内縁部(21)を有している可変吐出量羽根式ポンプ。 - 所定の長手軸(6)を中心として回転するように取り付けられており、前記長手軸(6)と同軸である表面(16)を有し、この表面(16)において径方向外方に開口する複数の溝(15)が形成されているロータ(9)と、
ロータ(9)の周囲に延在して、ロータ(9)に対して偏心して取り付けられているステータ(10)と、
各々が、対応する前記溝(15)内で摺動可能に取り付けられており、ステータ(10)に向き合う外縁部(18)を有している複数の羽根(17)と、
ロータ(9)とステータ(10)との間の偏心度を選択的に制御する調節手段(12)と、
を備えた、油吐出用の可変吐出量羽根ポンプにおいて、
各羽根(17)が、互いに重ね合わせられて互いに摺動可能に連結された少なくとも2枚の薄板(25)を有しており、ステータ(10)と羽根(17)との間に、360°よりも小さい角度の範囲にわたって長手軸(6)の周りに延びる少なくとも1つの摺動部材(19;27)が配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの摺動部材(19;27)が、2つの湾曲端部(20;28)、または前記長手軸(6)と平行な、厚肉された2つの縁部を有し、
前記2つの湾曲端部(20;28)の一方または2つの縁部の一方が前記羽根(17)の1つと接触していることを特徴とする可変吐出量羽根式ポンプ。
