Claims (5)
- 先端部に加工刃が形成された転削装置において、前記加工刃を回転させる回転軸の周囲に、その回転軸と軸心を同一とした円盤状の振れ止め部を設け、その振れ止め部の直径を前記回転軸の直径の3倍以上とすると共に、前記振れ止め部の厚みを前記回転軸の直径の1.5倍以下として成ることを特徴とする転削装置。
- 前記振れ止め部の直径は、前記回転軸の直径の3〜10倍であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転削装置。
- 前記振れ止め部の厚みは、前記回転軸の直径の0.3〜1.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の転削装置。
- 前記回転軸は、先端部に加工刃が形成された転削工具本体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の転削装置。
- 前記回転軸は、先端部に加工刃が形成された転削工具本体を支持する転削工具ホルダであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の転削装置。
