Abstract
【解決手段】先端部に加工刃5が形成された転削装置において、加工刃5を回転させる回転軸1の周囲に、その回転軸1と軸心を同一とした円盤状の振れ止め部2を設け、その振れ止め部2の直径を回転軸1の直径の3倍以上とする。また、振れ止め部2の厚みを回転軸1の直径の1.5倍以下とする。

Claims (6)
- 先端部に加工刃が形成された転削装置において、前記加工刃を回転させる回転軸の周囲に、その回転軸と軸心を同一とした円盤状の振れ止め部を設け、その振れ止め部の直径を前記回転軸の直径の3倍以上として成ることを特徴とする転削装置。
- 前記振れ止め部の直径は、前記回転軸の直径の3〜10倍であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転削装置。
- 前記振れ止め部の厚みが、前記回転軸の直径の1.5倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の転削装置。
- 前記振れ止め部の厚みは、前記回転軸の直径の0.3〜1.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の転削装置。
- 前記回転軸は、先端部に加工刃が形成された転削工具本体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の転削装置。
- 前記回転軸は、先端部に加工刃が形成された転削工具本体を支持する転削工具ホルダであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の転削装置。
