Description

−体液を受け入れるために体液受け入れ手段を接近部に位置する体液と接触させるが、それを排出部の体液とは接触させない
−皮膚に突き刺す
−体液の試料を毛管状通路の一部に採取する(領域a)
−領域bに体液が充填されるように、収集領域bの毛管状通路を検査領域および/または担体に接触させる
−体液からの分析物質と反応したことに起因する検査領域の変化を検出する
−血液とセンサとの接触を開始するために要素を溝11の方に駆動する手段を提供する、
−センサ45の照射と反射光強度の捕捉を同時に行うことができるようにする、
−小さいセンサ領域の光学式検出を可能にする、
−センサ表面におけるフレネル反射による干渉を低減する。
Claims (15)
- 長さ方向に沿った少なくともその一部が環境に開かれていて、第一の状態において体液を受け入れるための体液通路(11)と、
前記通路(11)の体液が体液受け入れ手段(40)と前記第一の離間状態においては流体的接触しないように、前記体液通路(11)から各々離間されている体液受け入れ手段(40)と、
前記体液を分析する検査領域(45)と
を有し、
作動されたとき、前記体液通路(11)の体液が前記体液受け入れ手段(40)と接触する第二の接触状態になるよう、物理的変化を起こすようにされており、
動かすことができる可動部(13)を有し、
前記体液通路(11)または前記体液受け入れ手段(40)の少なくとも一部が、前記接触状態になるように前記可動部(13)に配置されている体液を採取するための装置。 - 長さ方向に沿った少なくともその一部が環境に開かれていて、第一の状態において体液を受け入れるための体液通路(11)と、
前記通路(11)の体液が体液受け入れ手段(40)と前記第一の離間状態においては流体的接触しないように、前記体液通路(11)からエア・ギャップ(92)によって各々離間されている体液受け入れ手段(40)と、
前記体液を分析する検査領域(45)と
を有し、
作動されたとき、前記体液通路(11)の体液が前記体液受け入れ手段(40)と接触する第二の接触状態になるよう、物理的変化を起こすようにされており、
前記体液通路(11)で受け入れした体液が、電気的に駆動されて前記体液受け入れ手段(40)に移動させられる体液を採取するための装置。 - 前記体液通路(11)が設けられた皮膚貫通要素(10)をさらに有する請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記体液受け入れ手段(40)が前記検査領域(45)を有する請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記体液受け入れ手段(40)が、エア・ギャップ(92)により前記体液通路(11)から離間されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記エア・ギャップ(92)が、スペーサ(90)によって維持されている請求項2または5記載の装置。
- 前記通路に最初に浸入した体液が前記検査領域(45)と接触しないようにするために、前記検査領域(45)が、前記体液通路(11)の中間部に配置されているか、または接続されている請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路(11)が、採取部(100)および採取部(100)の下流に配置された少なくとも一つの排出部(102)、および/または前記採取部(100)の上流で分岐し、最初に前記通路(11)に浸入した体液の一部を受け入れるための分岐部を有し、また、前記採取部(100)が、そこに収容された体液を分析するための検査領域(45)である、または、分析するために検査領域(45)と接触することができる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 分析物質の存在および/または濃度を判定するために、前記検査領域(45)からの信号を受信する検出ユニットを備えた測定器を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記検査領域(45)に体液の試料を供給するために前記体液通路(11)の一部に前記体液受け入れ手段(40)で接触する接触手段を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記測定器が、前記接触手段が前記体液受け入れ手段(40)を用いて前記体液通路(11)に接触した、または、体液の試料が前記検査領域(45)に達したことを示す信号を受信する処理ユニットを有する請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記接触手段が、前記体液通路(11)と前記体液受け入れ手段(40)とを互いに接触させるために、前記体液通路(11)の可動部(13)または前記体液受け入れ手段(40)に力を加えてなる請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路(11)と前記体液受け入れ手段(40)とを体液が転送されるように接触させるために磁界(72)を掛けるための磁力式接触手段(74,76)を有する請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記接触手段が、前記検査領域(45)を光学式検出ユニットに連結するための光学式一致要素(80)を有し、前記光学式一致要素(80)が、前記体液通路(11)と前記体液受け入れ手段(40)とを接触状態にする機械的力を加えるようにされている請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記光学式検出ユニットが、レンズ、光導波管、および/または光ファイバ(94)を有する構成部品を介して前記光学式一致要素(80)に接続された反射率測定器を含む請求項14記載の装置。
