Abstract
Description
1. ドライレジスト(基板上にホイルを積層させたもの)
2. ウェットレジスト(基板上に液体を散布し、硬化させたもの)
1. 基板を腐食液槽に浸す。
2. 腐食液を基板上に噴霧する。
体液をサンプリング要素内にサンプリングし、
サンプリングした体液をサンプリング要素と共に体液受容手段へ搬送し、
体液受容手段をサンプリング要素上の体液と接触させ、
2または3以上の検体の濃度に関連した体液受容手段の変化を検出する。
体液受容手段を、体液を受容するために、到達領域内に配置された体液と接触させるが、排出領域内の体液とは接触させない工程とを備える。
体液を、毛管チャネルの一部分(領域a)内にサンプリングし、
収集領域b内の毛管チャネルを検査領域および/またはキャリアと接触させて、領域bが体液で充填されるようにし、
体液からの検体との反応による検査領域の変化を検出する。
Claims (31)
- サンプル体液を受容するための体液通路を有するサンプリング要素を備え、前記体液通路の少なくとも一部分が周囲環境に開放しており、
前記体液通路によって体液接触されない体液受容手段をさらに備え、これにより、初期段階において、前記通路内の体液が体液受容手段と接触せず、
前記体液受容手段が2または3以上の検査領域を備えてなる検査装置。 - 前記サンプリング要素が皮膚穿刺要素である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記体液通路内の体液と前記体液受容手段との接触状態を推測できるように、起動時に物理的変化を知ることができる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置が可動部分を有し、前記可動部分が移動可能であり、その上に前記体液通路の少なくとも一部が配置される請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記サンプリング要素が体液移動領域を有し、前記体液移動領域内の前記体液通路の少なくとも一部分が鋭利な壁を有する請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 前記体液受容手段が、前記鋭利な壁によって押下または切断が可能な層構造を備える請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路内に受容された体液が、電気的起動によって体液受容手段上へ移動される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記サンプリング要素が、直立要素(26’)が内設される収集領域(26)を有する請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記サンプリング要素または体液受容手段が、体液移動範囲を、体液通路から体液受容手段上に限定する限定手段を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路が突出壁部分を有し、体液通路付近の表面が、前記突出壁部分に関連して窪んでいる請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路付近の表面が皮下である請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記体液受容手段が、反応領域、濾過領域、混合領域のうちの少なくとも1つを備える請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記サンプリング要素が2または3以上の通路を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路が、第1領域(a)内において第1幅を有し、別の領域(c)内において、前記第1幅よりも短い第2幅を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記体液通路がさらに収集領域(b)を備える請求項1または14記載の装置。
- 前記2または3以上の検査領域と毛管チャネルとの接触範囲が、毛管チャネルの中間部分内に配置されているため、最初に毛管内に入る体液適用量が検査領域と接触することがない請求項1記載の装置。
- 体液を受容するための体液通路を設けたサンプリング要素を備え、前記体液通路の少なくとも一部分が周囲環境に開放しており、
前記体液通路から流体接触されない体液受容手段をさらに備え、これにより、初期段階において、前記通路内の体液が前記体液受容手段と接触することがなく、
前記体液受容手段が2つまたはそれ以上の検査領域を備えてなる体液分析のためのシステム。 - 前記システムが、検体の存在および/または濃度を決定するために、前記検査領域のうちの少なくとも1つから信号を受信するための検出ユニットを装備した測定器を備える請求項18記載のシステム。
- 前記測定器が、前記体液受容手段が受容されるホルダを備え、前記少なくとも1つの検査領域から検出器への信号送信が可能である請求項18記載のシステム。
- 前記検査領域のうちの少なくとも1つにサンプル体液を供給するために、前記サンプリング要素の体液通路の一部分を体液受容手段と接触させる接触手段を備える請求項17記載のシステム。
- 前記測定器が、接触手段が体液通路を体液受容手段と接触させた、またはサンプル体液が検査領域に達したことを示す信号を受信する処理ユニットを有する請求項18記載のシステム。
- 前記接触手段が、前記体液通路からの液体が体液受容手段と接触できるようにするために、前記体液通路と前記体液受容手段の間に電位を付加する電圧手段を備える請求項20記載のシステム。
- 前記サンプリング要素が可動部分を有し、前記接触手段が、前記体液通路の少なくとも一部を前記体液受容手段と接触させるべく移動させるために、前記可動部分に力を付加する請求項20記載のシステム。
- 前記サンプリング要素が皮膚穿刺手段であり、前記システムがさらに、体液サンプルを取得するべく皮膚を穿刺するために皮膚穿刺要素を皮膚内に駆動する駆動手段を備えている請求項17記載のシステム。
- a)サンプリング要素の体液通路内に体液を受容する工程を備え、
b)前記サンプリング要素を、2つまたはそれ以上の検査領域を備えた体液受容手段と接触させる工程をさらに備え、これにより、サンプリング要素の体液が体液受容手段と接触し、前記検査領域のうちの少なくとも1つに到達することができ、
c)前記少なくとも1つの検査領域から送信された、検体濃度を特徴とする信号を受信する工程をさらに含み、
d)検体濃度を決定するべく前記信号を処理する工程をさらに含む
体液中の検体濃度を決定する方法。 - 前記工程b)で開始する期間が監視され、検体濃度の決定が経過時間に基づいて開始される請求項25記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)が信号の監視を開始し、信号の経時的変化が、濃度決定の時間における1つの点を決定するために採用される請求項25記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚穿刺要素による皮膚刺入を備える請求項25記載の方法。
- 少なくともアクセス領域において周囲から接触可能なチャネルを内部に有する支持構造を備え、前記チャネルが体液導入領域と、さらに、接触領域の下流に位置する体液排出領域とを有し、
体液受容手段をさらに備え、
前記体液受容手段が、第1状態においてチャネルから離間し、第2状態にある接触領域内の体液によって接触されているため、排出領域からの体液によって接触されることがなく、
前記体液受容手段が2つまたはそれ以上の検査領域を備えてなる分析装置。 - 少なくとも接触領域において周囲から接触可能な内部に体液を受容するためのチャネルを有する支持構造を備え、
チャネルから離間している体液受容手段をさらに備え、
オン状態において、前記接触領域内の体液と前記体液受容手段との間に電位を付加する電位ソースをさらに備え、これにより、前記接触領域からの体液が前記体液受容手段上へ搬送され、

e)検体濃度を決定するために前記信号を処理する工程をさらに含んでなる体液中の検体濃度を決定する方法。
