Description
一般方法
水性農薬サンプルの例えば、界面活性剤及び消泡剤を典型的に、200〜300gの量において調製した。示した界面活性剤を含む水性農薬サンプルに、振とう又は混合を伴いながら予め調製した消泡剤/溶媒/エマルション化溶液を加えた。次いで、消泡剤を含む農薬製品を250mlのプラスチック容器中で保存した。次いで、サンプルを最初にホモジナイズしたサンプルから採取し、次いで容器を静置させた。その後、サンプルは、例に示したように、様々な時間において容器の底から(採取した)。次いで、当該サブサンプルを泡試験に委ねた。この方法におけるサンプリング及び試験により、スロークスの法則によって支配されるように、消泡剤がサンプルの上方に上る程度を特定した。
発泡の程度を測定するために、標準試験CIPAC MT 47.2を使用した。予め調製した農薬濃縮物を、5%(v/v)の水性農薬濃縮物及び95%(v/v)の地元の水道水を使用することで希釈した。メスシリンダー(英国標準604型)を190mlの水道水で満たし、それに10mlの水性農薬濃縮物を加えた。このシリンダーに栓をして30回反転させ、そして直立させて作業台上に置いた。最大で100mlの泡を収容できるシリンダーのヘッドスペースにおいて生じた泡の体積を測定した。泡体積データは、30回の反転が完了した後、10秒、60秒、180秒及び12分後に測定した。
ブチルココエート(示したエマルション化剤を伴う)中の消泡MSA溶液を、グリホセートカリウム塩、アジュバントAL2575及びアジュバントゲナミン(登録商標)CO50を含む水性グリホセート濃縮物に加え、次いで水を、最終濃度500g/lグリホセート酸同等物として表したグリフォセート、172.2g/lのアジュバントAL2572及び46.4g/lのアジュバントゲナミン(登録商標)CO50とするのに必要な量加えた。消泡剤及び溶媒を伴わない水性農薬組成物の密度=1.37g/mlであった。各々の場合、十分な消泡溶液を加えて、0.5g/lの、最終組成物における消泡MSAの濃度を与えた。グリホセート濃縮物に加えた消泡MSA溶液の組成を以下の表Iに与えている。この特定の実験において、各溶液は、消泡エマルション液滴の視覚化を補助するために色素として0.02〜0.05g/lのワクソリングリーンを含んだ。
ミリスチン酸イソプロピル中の消泡MSA溶液(ここで示したエマルション化剤を伴う)を、カリウムグリホセート塩、アジュバントAL2575及びアジュバントゲナミン(登録商標)CO50を含む水性グリホセート濃縮物、加え、次いで水を、500g/lグリホセート酸当量として表したグリホセート、172.2g/lのアジュバントAL2572及び46.4g/lのアジュバントゲナミン(登録商標)CO50にするために必要に応じて加えた。各場合、十分な溶液を加えて、0.5g/lの最終組成物中消泡MSAの濃度となるように加えた。グリホセート濃縮物に加えた消泡MSA溶液の組成を下の表IVに与えている。
実施例15の組成物を、5l規模で調製した。但し、この例では、0.6g/L消泡MSAをこの例において消泡MSA溶液を介して導入したことを除く。最後に、実施例15の15.7gの消泡溶液(表IV)を空の5lプラスチック容器中に加えた。更に、6.8Kgのカリウムグリホセート農薬濃縮物(実施例5〜17)を加え、そして手により激しく300秒に渡り振るとうすることによって消泡剤を組み込んだ。またコントロールのサンプル調製し、ここで、同じ方法を使用することで6.8kgのカリウムグリホセート農薬濃縮物へ消泡MSAを単独(3g)で加えた。
ミリスチン酸イソプロピル中の消泡MSA溶液を加え、グリホセートアンモニウム塩(グリホセート酸当量として表された360g/l)、172.2g/lのアジュバントAL2575、140g/lの硫酸アンモニウム及び0.7g/lのフルオウェット(Fluowet)(Fluowetはクラリアント社の登録商標)PL80を含有する水性グリホセート濃縮物を提供した。その濃度で、当該フルオウェットPL80は水混和性である。それはバルク消泡剤とし有効であるのみならず且つ分離する傾向がある恐れもない。
この例は、本発明の組成物の製造を説明し、ここでミリスチン酸イソプロピル中の消泡剤の溶液を水中でエマルション化させ且つ次いで予め形成されたエマルションを水性グリホセート濃縮物に加えている。
ミリスチン酸イソプロピル中の消泡MSAの溶液を、グリホセート酸に基づいて480 g/lにおけるカリウムグリホセート及びジカンバ酸に基づいて7.5g/lの濃度におけるジカンバのカリウム塩を含む水性濃縮物に加えた。各場合、十分な量の溶液を加え、0.6g/lの最終組成物中消泡剤濃度を得た。グリホセート/ジカンバ濃縮物に加えた消泡剤溶液の組成を表XVIに与えている。
この例は、消泡剤の溶液の密度が溶媒の不在下で農薬濃縮物のそれと0.05g/ml密度単位以下の差となるように選択した溶媒の使用を示す。
Claims (21)
- 非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を含んで成る水性濃縮物であって、当該濃縮物中に、前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤が、飽和及び不飽和脂肪酸のC1-10アルキルエステルから選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んでなる有機溶媒中の溶液として組み込まれており、ここで当該脂肪酸は10〜25個の炭素原子を含有し、ここで前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤は15〜20℃の温度範囲において10重量%以上の濃度で前記溶媒中に存在する、水性濃縮物。
- 前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤がポリアルキルシリコーンを含んで成る、請求項1に記載の水性濃縮物。
- 前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤が更に疎水性シリカを含んで成る、請求項2に記載の水性濃縮物。
- 前記有機溶媒が、40℃超の引火点を有する、請求項1に記載の水性濃縮物。
- 前記溶媒が、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ブチルココエート及びラウリン酸ブチルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の水性濃縮物。
- 1種類以上の農薬、1又は複数の界面活性剤及び非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を含んで成る水性農薬組成物であって、当該組成物中に、前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤が、有機酸のアルキルエステル、アラルキルエステル及びアリールエステルから選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んでなる有機溶媒中の溶液として組み込まれており、ここで前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤は15〜20℃の温度範囲において10重量%以上の濃度で前記溶媒中に存在する、水性農薬組成物。
- 前記溶媒中の非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の溶液が、水性農薬組成物に直接加えられる、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記溶媒中の非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の溶液が、水性農薬組成物中に組み込まれる前に水中で予めエマルション化される、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤がポリアルキルシリコーンを含んで成る、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤が更に疎水性シリカを含んで成る、請求項9に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒が、40℃超の引火点を有する、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記溶媒が、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ブチルココエート及びラウリン酸ブチルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んで成る、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- アルキルポリグリコシドを更に含んで成る、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記農薬が水溶性農薬を1種類以上含んで成る、請求項6に記載の水性組成物。
- 農薬、1又は複数の界面活性剤及び非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を含んで成る水性濃縮組成物であって、当該組成物中に、前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤が、有機酸のアルキルエステル、アラルキルエステル及びアリールエステルから選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んで成る有機溶媒中の溶液として組み込まれており、且つここで当該有機溶媒は、有機溶媒中の非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の溶液の密度が、有機溶媒及び非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の不在下で測定した水性濃縮組成物の密度と0.1g/l密度単位以下の差となるように選択されており、ここで、全ての密度測定は室温において行われている、水性濃縮組成物。
- 前記農薬が水溶性農薬を1種類以上含んで成る、請求項15に記載の水性濃縮組成物。
- 農薬、1又は複数の界面活性剤及び非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を含んで成る水性組成物であって、当該組成物中に、前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤が、有機溶媒中の溶液として組み込まれており、当該有機溶媒は有機酸のアルキルエステル、アラルキルエステル又はアリールエステルであり、当該エステルは(a)12重量%超の濃度で非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を含有し;(b)0.8g/ml超の密度を有する非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の溶液を提供し;そして(c)40℃超の引火点を有する、水性組成物。
- 水性農薬組成物の発泡を減らす方法であって、当該方法は、非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を、有機酸のアルキルエステル、アラルキルエステル及びアリールエステルから選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んで成る有機溶媒中の溶液の形態で、当該水性農薬組成物中に導入することを含んで成り、ここで前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤は、15〜20℃の温度範囲において10重量%以上の濃度で前記有機溶媒中に存在する方法。
- 水性農薬組成物中の非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の分離を減らす又は排除するための方法であって、当該方法は、非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤を、有機酸のアルキルエステル、アラルキルエステル及びアリールエステルから選択される少なくとも1つの構成員を含んで成る有機溶媒中の溶液の形態で、当該水性農薬組成物中に導入することを含んで成り、ここで前記非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤は、15〜20℃の温度範囲において10重量%以上の濃度で前記有機溶媒中に存在する方法。
- 前記溶媒中の非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の溶液を、水性農薬組成物へ直接加える、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒中の非水溶性液体シリコーン含有消泡剤の溶液を、水性農薬組成物中へ組み込む前に、水中で予めエマルション化する、請求項19に記載の方法。
