Description
参考例1は表1に示す配合内容のドライドッグフードキブル500gに、表2に示すバッターの成分200g分を十分に混合し、それらをボールに入れスプーンで混ぜて、ペットフードキブル全体に均一にコーティングし、内壁が150〜160℃に熱せられた回転式ドラムミキサーに投入し、バッターに加えた水分の重量が減量するまで加熱加工した。ドラムは直径270mm、高さ260mmの丸底のものを使用し、その下部をガスバーナーで熱し加熱した。加工時間は、バッターに加えた水分の重量が減量するまで加熱加工した。
参考例2は参考例1と同様の方法でドラィキャットフードに、液体フィッシュエキスと練り込んだバッターをコーティングしだものである(表5)が、粉末酵母エキスはバッターの加熱加工時に添加した。ドライキャットフードは表4に示した猫ベース粒を使用した。比較例2’は参考例2と同じキャットフードキブルに同じエキスを従来方法により加熱せずにドラムミキサーで液体フィッシュエキスをコーティング後、粉末酵母エキスをコーティングしたものである。比較例2’のエキスの添加量は、従来技術でコーティング可能な最大量である。
参考例3−1、3−2は油脂を5%コーティングしだドライキャットフード500gに表7に示す成分のバッターを200gコーティングしたものである。参考例3−1は参考例1で使用したドラムミキサーに飼料キブルを入れ、ドラムを下からバーナーで加熱し、飼料キブルの温度が100℃になった後、バッターを50g/分の速度で添加し、添加後更に1分加熱した(バッターに加えた水分の重量が減量するまで)。
参考例4−1〜4−3はバッターに生肉(鶏ミンチ)を使用したものである。参考例4−1、4−2は参考例1と同様の方法で、参考例4−3は参考例3−1と同様の方法でコーティング加熱加工した。
Claims (1)
- 粒状に成型された飼料基材と、バッターとを回転ドラムミキサーに入れて回転し、前記飼料基材にバッターをコーティングし、該バッターに別の粒状素材を結着させることを特徴とした飼料の製造方法。
