Claims (7)
- リング状または矩形枠状であって、厚さ方向で対面する第1および第2の面に各々第1および第2の電極を有し、拡がり振動する圧電セラミックスと、
多数の小孔を有し、前記圧電セラミックスの貫通孔を横切るように掛け渡され、幅方向端部が長手方向にわたって前記圧電セラミックスに固定されておらず、長手方向の両端部が前記圧電セラミックスに固定された被振動板と、
を具備し、
前記圧電セラミックスの振動に基づき前記被振動板が超音波振動されることを特徴とする超音波振動ユニット。 - 前記被振動板の幅方向端部と前記圧電セラミックスとの間に空隙が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 複数の前記被振動板が、間隔を置いて前記圧電セラミックスに並設されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記圧電セラミックスは、複数の前記被振動板の一方の端部側に1個の切欠部を有し、この切欠部を避けて前記被振動板が配置されてなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記被振動板は突部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記被振動板は突部を有し、この突部の斜面が付着した液体の排水勾配となることを特徴とする請求項2記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の超音波振動ユニットを用いたことを特徴とする超音波霧化装置。
