Description
本発明は流体センサに関し、殊に燃料に対する充填レベルセンサおよび/またはエンジンオイル組成に対する流体センサに関する。
Claims (9)
- 金属製のケーシング体(1)と、プラスチック材料からなるケーシングカバー(5、6)と、シーリングリング(7)とを有する流体センサにおいて、
前記のケーシング体(1)は、容器(2)と、当該容器(2)を取り巻くフランジリング(3)とを有しており、
前記のケーシングカバー(5,6)は、ケーシング体(1)の外側に配置されており、
前記のシーリングリング(7)は、前記容器(2)を取り巻くようにフランジリング(3)に載置されており、かつ、前記のケーシングカバー(5、6)を互いに分離された2つの区分に分割することを特徴とする、
流体センサ。 - 前記のシーリングリング(7)は、フランジリング(3)の領域にて金属製のケーシング体(1)に接触している、
請求項1に記載の流体センサ。 - 円筒形の容量式センサが前記の容器(2)の外側に溶接されている、
請求項1または2に記載の流体センサ。 - 挿入部(11)が前記の容器(2)に入れられており、
当該の挿入部(11)に、前記の流体センサを駆動制御および/または給電するための電子コンポーネントが配置されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の流体センサ。 - 前記の挿入部(11)は、容器(2)に気密に溶接されている、
請求項4に記載の流体センサ。 - プラグ接続部(12)が前記のはめ込み部(11)に固定されており、
当該のプラグ接続部(12)を電気的に接触接続するため、導電性のばねエレメント(15)が前記の電子コンポーネントに設けられている、
請求項4または5に記載の流体センサ。 - 前記のケーシングカバー(1)の互いに分離された2つの部分のうちの第1の部分(6)に、流体センサを固定するためのブッシュ(17)が配置されている、
請求項1に記載の流体センサ。 - 前記のケーシングカバー(1)の互いに分離された2つの部分のうちの第2の部分(5)により、少なくとも容器(2)の側壁(4)が覆われている、
請求項1または2に記載の流体センサ。 - 前記の流体センサは、燃料に対する充填レベルセンサおよび/エンジンオイル組成に対するセンサである、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の流体センサ。
