また、本発明の圧電・焦電素子では、前記高分子物質は独立気泡を有しているシートであることから、FEPは、内部に多数存在する空孔が全て独立していることになるので、圧縮に強く防水性を有する高分子物質の圧電・焦電素子を提供することができる。

Claims (1)
- 無極性の高分子物質のシートに電荷をトラップすることによって生成される圧電・焦電素子において、
前記高分子物質のシートは、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体から成ると共に、当該テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体に発泡の核材を混合し、独立発泡させて形成した多数の独立の空孔を有することを特徴とする高分子物質の圧電・焦電素子。
