Abstract
【解決手段】テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)にホウ酸アルミニウを混合して発泡させ、独立気泡2を多数有するシートを作成し、このシートに電荷をトラップすることにより、圧電・焦電素子1を生成する。これにより電荷のトラップされた独立気泡2が巨大な双極子を構成するため、高い圧電率を有する、耐熱性、耐環境性に優れた圧電・焦電素子1を提供することが可能となる。

Claims (2)
- 無極性の高分子物質のシートに電荷をトラップすることによって生成される圧電・焦電素子であって、
前記高分子物質は、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)であり、当該テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)に発泡の核材を混合し、発泡させたことを特徴とする高分子物質の圧電・焦電素子。 - 前記高分子物質は独立気泡を有しているシートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電・焦電素子。
