テスト説明
実施例1
スクリーン印刷プロセスにより穴を有するポリマー層を作成するために、第1のスクリーン印刷ペーストが調合(formulated)された。第1のスクリーン印刷ペーストは、47.14重量%のデスモデュル(Desmodur)登録商標N75 MPAと、52.11重量%のデスモフェン(Desmophen)登録商標670と、を含んでいた。印刷の間にペーストの流れ及び泡生成を低減するために、0.75重量%の流れ向上剤(ブトキシルの中にBYK 410 50%)が、調合に加えられた。

前記被覆(4; 1b、2b)が付け加えられた後に、前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)の材料をさらに硬化させることと、及び/又は、
前記被覆(4; 1b、2b)が付け加えられた後に、前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)の材料をさらに硬化させることにより、
前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)が、前記被覆(4; 1b、2b)につながれることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。 - 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)の取り付け及び/又は前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)の取り付けは、ドクターブレード、スピンコーティング、浸漬コーティング、スプレーコーティング、カーテンコーティング、スロットダイコーティング、フレキソ印刷、グラビア印刷、タンポン印刷、ディジタル印刷、熱転写印刷、多孔性印刷、ローラー塗布工程及び/又はスクリーン印刷プロセスによる塗布によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。
- 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)の穴(3; 3a)が、穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)を真っ直ぐに貫通し、及び/又は、前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)の穴(3b)が、穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)を真っ直ぐに貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。
- 前記穴(3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2a)の穴(3a)と前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)の穴(3b)とが、前記被覆(1b、2b)を付け加える際に、前記穴(3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2a)の1つの穴(3a)と前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)の1つの穴(3b)とが部分的に又は完全に重なるように形成且つ配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造プロセス。
- 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)及び/又は前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)は、異なった形状の穴(3; 3a、3b)を、好ましくはハニカム形状をした及び/又はハニカム形状で配置された穴(3; 3a、3b))を、有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。
- 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)及び/又は前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)は、セルロースエステル、セルロースエーテル、ゴム誘導体、ポリエステル樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル、アルキド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、アミノ樹脂、アミド樹脂、ケトン樹脂、キシレン-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノキシ樹脂、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルエステル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアセタール、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、コポリエステル、ポリアミド、シリコーン樹脂、ポリウレタン及びこれらのポリマーの混合物から成るグループから選ばれた少なくとも1つのポリマーを備え、及び/又は、
前記第1の連続的なポリマー層(1; 1a)及び/又は前記第2の連続的なポリマー層(1b)及び/又は前記第3の連続的なポリマー層(4)は、ポリカーボネート、全フッ素置換されたあるいは部分的にフッ素化された重合体及び共重合体、ポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテル、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、シクロオレフィンポリマー、シクロオレフィン共重合体、ポリオレフィン及びこれらのポリマーの混合物から成るグループから選ばれた少なくとも1つのポリマーを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。 - 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)が1μm以上乃至800μm以下の層厚みを有し、及び/又は、前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)が1μm以上乃至800μm以下の層厚みを有し、及び/又は、
前記第1の連続的なポリマー層(1; 1a)及び/又は前記第2の連続的なポリマー層(1b)及び/又は前記第3の連続的なポリマー層(4)が、10μm以上乃至500μm以下の層厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。 - 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)及び/又は前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)は、1つ以上の一液形のポリウレタン及び/又は1つ以上の二液形のポリウレタン及び/又は1つ以上の水性ポリウレタン分散液及び/又は1つ以上のポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の製造プロセスによって製造されたことを特徴とする、電気機械の変換器。
- 前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)が異なった形状の穴(3; 3a)を有し、前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)が異なった形状の穴(3b)を有し、好ましくは、前記穴(3; 3a)を有する第1のポリマー層(2; 2a)の穴(3; 3a)の少なくともいくつかが、非円形の断面領域を持った形状を、特にハニカム形状の構造を有し、及び/又は、前記穴(3b)を有する第2のポリマー層(2b)の穴(3b)の少なくともいくつかが、非円形の断面領域を持った形状を、特にハニカム形状の構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電気機械の変換器。
- 請求項12又は13に記載の電気機械の変換器が、センサ、特に電気機械の分野及び/又は電気音響学の分野(好ましくは機械的振動からエネルギーを得る分野)における発生器及び/又はアクチュエータ、音響学の、超音波学の、医学的診断の、音波顕微鏡の、機械的なセンサシステム(特に圧力や力や歪みのセンサシステム)、ロボット工学及び/又は通信技術(特にラウドスピーカー)、振動変換器、光デフレクター、メンブレン、光ファイバー用の変調器、焦電検出器、コンデンサー及びコントロールシステムとして使用されることを特徴とする、電気機械の変換器の使用方法。
