Description
Claims (10)
- オーバーランニングカップリング組立体において:
内側第1表面及び当該第1表面に形成された少なくとも一の凹部を有する平坦第1部材と;
第1の軸を中心に回転可能な平坦第2部材であって、当該第1の軸にほぼ垂直に延在する内側第2表面を有し、前記第1表面に近接して配置され、前記第2表面に少なくとも一のノッチが形成されている平坦第2部材と;
少なくとも一の自由に動く前進キーと、当該少なくとも一の前進キーに対向している少なくとも一の自由に動く後退キーであって、前記少なくとも一の凹部で受けて保持されるが、前記第1部材に物理的に固定されることなく、ノッチに係合する係合位置と、前記第1及び第2部材が互いに対してフリーホイールになる解除位置との間で移動可能である前進キー及び後退キーと;
前記第1部材によって担持され、前記前進キー及び前記後退キーを前記係合位置の方向へ押圧する第1のバイアス部材セットと;及び、
前記第1及び第2表面との間に配置され、前記第1部材に対する第1の角度位置と第2の角度位置との間で前記第1の軸を中心に制御可能に回転できる単一の平坦コントロール部材であって、少なくとも一の開口を有し、当該開口がこの部材を貫通して延在して、前記前進キー及び前記後退キーがここを通って前記コントロール部材の前記第1の角度位置で前記ノッチに係合する係合位置に延在し、前記コントロール部材の前記第2の角度位置で前記解除位置に前記前進キー及び前記後退キーを保持する平坦コントロール部材と;を具え、
前記少なくとも一の凹部が十分に拡大されており、前記第1の軸にほぼ平行であるキー軸を中心に前記キーの一つを旋回可能であり、
当該組立体がさらに、前記第1部材に担持されており、前記コントロール部材が回転する間に、前記キーの一つを押圧して前記キー軸を中心に旋回させて、前記第1及び第2部材のフリーホイーリングを可能にする第2のバイアス部材を具えることを特徴とするオーバーランニングカップリング組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の組立体において、一の前進キー及び一の後退キーが前記同じ凹部で受けて保持されることを特徴とする組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体において、一の前進キー及び一の後退キーが、前記ノッチに係合する係合位置で前記コントロール部材の前記同じ開口を通って延在することを特徴とする組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体において、複数の近接したノッチが前記第2表面に形成されており、一の前進キー及び一の後退キーが前記第2表面の近接したノッチに前記係合位置で係合することを特徴とする組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体において、前記キーの少なくとも一つが断面台形であり、前記少なくとも一のキーをその係合位置の外へ容易に移動させることを特徴とする組立体。
- オーバーランニングカップリング組立体において:
内側第1表面及び当該第1表面に形成された少なくとも一の凹部を有する平坦第1部材と;
第1の軸を中心に回転可能な平坦第2部材であって、当該第1の軸にほぼ垂直に延在する内側第2表面を有し、前記第1表面に近接して配置され、前記第2表面に少なくとも一のノッチが形成されている平坦第2部材と;
少なくとも一の自由に動く前進キーと、当該少なくとも一の前進キーに対向している少なくとも一の自由に動く後退キーであって、前記少なくとも一の凹部で受けて保持されるが、前記第1部材に物理的に固定されることなく、ノッチに係合する係合位置と、前記第1及び第2部材が互いに対してフリーホイールになる解除位置との間で移動可能である前進キー及び後退キーと;
前記第1部材によって担持され、前記前進キー及び前記後退キーを前記係合位置の方向へ押圧する第1のバイアス部材セットと;
前記第1及び第2表面との間に配置され、前記第1部材に対する第1の角度位置と第2の角度位置との間で前記第1の軸を中心に制御可能に回転できる単一の平坦コントロール部材であって、少なくとも一の開口を有し、当該開口がこの部材を貫通して延在して、前記前進キー及び前記後退キーがここを通って前記コントロール部材の前記第1の角度位置で前記ノッチに係合する係合位置に延在し、前記コントロール部材の前記第2の角度位置で前記解除位置に前記前進キー及び前記後退キーを保持する平坦コントロール部材と;及び、
前記第1部材によって担持されており、前記コントロール部材が回転する間、前記キーのうちの一つを押圧して前記第1軸とほぼ平行なキー軸を中心に旋回させて、前記第1及び第2部材のフリーホイーリングを可能にする第2のバイアス部材とを具えることを特徴とするオーバーランニングカップリング組立体。 - 請求項6に記載の組立体において、一の前進キー及び一の後退キーが前記同じ凹部で受けて保持されることを特徴とする組立体。
- 請求項6に記載の組立体において、一の前進キー及び一の後退キーが、前記ノッチに係合する係合位置で前記コントロール部材の前記同じ開口を通って延在することを特徴とする組立体。
- 請求項6に記載の組立体において、複数の近接したノッチが前記第2表面に形成されており、一の前進キー及び一の後退キーが前記第2表面の近接したノッチに前記係合位置で係合することを特徴とする組立体。
- 請求項6に記載の組立体において、前記キーの少なくとも一つが断面台形であり、前記少なくとも一のキーをその係合位置の外へ容易に移動させることを特徴とする組立体。
