Claims (5)
- 複数のキーと、前記キーの下側に配され、前記キーの上側の指や導体の移動による静電容量の変化によって入力状態が検知できる座標入力センサと、前記座標入力センサの下側に配されたベースシートと、金属薄板から外形が円形もしくは楕円形で上方に突出するドーム形状に形成され、前記ベースシートの下側に前記キーの位置に対応させてそれぞれ保持された押圧入力型の可動接点と、前記可動接点の下側に配され、前記可動接点毎に応じた配線パターン等の導電性部位を有する基板とを備えた入力装置において、前記可動接点の中央部の位置に対応させて、前記座標入力センサと前記ベースシートとの間に柱状部を挟み込むようにしてさらに備えさせると共に、その柱状部を、前記座標入力センサの下面と前記ベースシートの上面にそれぞれ接着固定させることによって前記座標入力センサと前記可動接点付きの前記ベースシートとが一体化されたモジュール形態のものを用いて構成されていることを特徴とする入力装置。
- 柱状部が、座標入力センサの下面とベースシートの上面にそれぞれUV硬化型樹脂によって接着された請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 座標入力センサは、銀や銅などの導電材料を所定の電極パターンに形成したセンサシートからなり、その電極パターンが、柱状部と座標入力センサとの接触部分を避けるようにパターン形成された請求項1記載の入力装置。
- ベースシートの代わりにELシートを用いた請求項1記載の入力装置。
- 請求項1に記載の入力装置の製造方法であって、ベースシートの下面に粘着層を印刷し、その後前記ベースシートの外形と穴部を形成し、その後前記粘着層を介して可動接点を貼り付け、その後前記ベースシートの上面に前記外形もしくは前記穴部を基準にして柱状部を前記可動接点の中央位置に位置あわせしてUV硬化型樹脂により固定し、その後前記柱状部の上面に座標入力センサをUV硬化型樹脂により固定する入力装置の製造方法。
