Description
本出願は、2010年5月28日に日本国に出願された特願2010−123501号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものである。
Claims (7)
- 被検体内に挿入される挿入部の挿入方向先端側に位置する先端部の側面に開口された、前記挿入部内に設けられた処置具挿通用チャンネルの先端開口部と、
前記先端部において前記処置具挿通用チャンネル内の前記先端開口部に臨む位置に設けられた、前記先端開口部から突出した処置具の先端を所望の位置へと誘導する処置具起上台と、
前記先端開口部の前記挿入方向に沿って位置する第1の壁部と、
前記先端開口部の前記挿入方向基端側に位置するとともに、前記処置具起上台が起上した際、前記処置具起上台の一部が嵌入する溝が形成された第2の壁部と、
を具備し、
前記先端開口部から突出されたガイドワイヤを、前記処置具起上台の起上に伴い、前記処置具起上台と、前記第1の壁部と、前記第2の壁部の前記溝を構成する面とに当接させることにより、係脱自在に係止することを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 起上に伴い前記処置具起上台の前記ガイドワイヤを係止する係止部の幅は、前記ガイドワイヤの径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記処置具起上台の前記係止部は、前記処置具起上台の前記挿入方向に沿った縁部であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記処置具起上台と前記第1の壁部との間の間隙の幅は、前記ガイドワイヤの径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記処置具起上台の起上に伴い、前記ガイドワイヤの位置が固定された際、前記処置具起上台の一部が、前記先端開口部から前記挿入部の径方向外側に延出して位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記第2の壁部は、前記先端部の前記先端開口部に臨む位置に設けられた絶縁部材に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記先端部の前記側面において、前記第2の壁部の延在方向に、前記先端開口部に並んで前記被検部位を観察する観察光学系が設けられており、
前記ガイドワイヤは、前記処置具起上台と、前記観察光学系から前記第2の壁部の延在方向に離間して位置する前記第1の壁部と、前記第2の壁部とに当接することにより、位置が固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
