Claims (4)
- 金型キャビティに少なくとも2種類の樹脂成形材料を射出充填する射出装置と、トグル機構を用いて金型の開閉と型締とを行う型締装置と、を用いて、前記金型キャビティに1層目の樹脂成形材料を射出充填して成形した後に、型開動作により可動盤を所定の可動盤位置(S0)まで後退させ、前記金型キャビティの容積を拡大して、1層目の樹脂成形材料と金型キャビティ面との間に、2次キャビティを形成し、該形成した2次キャビティに、2層目の樹脂成形材料を射出充填して、多層成形品を得る樹脂の多層射出成形方法において、
2層目の樹脂充填中に、前記可動盤が後退して、所定の可動盤位置(S1)まで前記2次キャビティの容積を拡大させ、樹脂の充填完了後は、直ちに前記トグル機構を駆動して、前記2次キャビティの容積を所定の可動盤位置(S2)まで縮小するとともに、所定時間の経過後に、再び、前記トグル機構を駆動して、前記2次キャビティの容積を所定の可動盤位置(S3)まで拡大する樹脂の多層射出成形方法。 - 前記2層目の樹脂充填中における2次キャビティの容積の拡大は、前記トグル機構のクロスヘッドを位置保持し、樹脂の充填圧力が可動型面に作用して可動盤が後退して行われる請求項1に記載の樹脂の多層射出成形方法。
- 前記2層目の樹脂充填中における2次キャビティの容積の拡大は、樹脂の充填速度に同期して可動盤が後退するよう前記クロスヘッドを後退制御して行われる請求項1に記載の樹脂の多層射出成形方法。
- 前記2層目の樹脂成形材料が発泡剤を含み、前記2次キャビティを所定の可動盤位置(S3)まで前記トグル機構を駆動して拡大した後、更に、前記2次キャビティを所定の可動盤位置(S4)まで前記トグル機構を駆動して拡大する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の樹脂の多層射出成形方法。
