Description
SiO2/Al2O3/Na2O/TPAOH/TPABr/H2O/A=1/5×10-5〜5× 10-2、好ましくは6×10-5〜1×10-2/0〜0.2、好ましくは0.005〜0.02/0〜0.1、好ましくは0.03〜0.08/0〜0.1、好ましくは0.03〜0.08/(10−y)〜(100−y)、好ましくは(20−y)〜(50−y)/y
また、0<y<50。
・溶融状態で気孔に導入された固体で、合成の終了後、溶融または適当な溶媒で溶解して除去されるもの
・塗布されない表面の近く空間に存在し少なくとも部分的に基板の気孔中に存在する空気や窒素などのガスで、その圧力が合成溶液が基板の塗布される面から塗布されない面へ移動しないように調整されたもの
密着したゼオライト層を作るために、このようにして得た膜を、次いで、少なくとも一種の他の層を形成するもう一つの工程に導くこともできる。
a)基板の前処理
TiO2からなる三枚のチューブ状の多孔性基板(長さ250mm、外径10mm、内径6mm、内部の孔径5nm、末端にソルダーガラスが付着)に、まずスリップ注型法により種粒子(シリカライト結晶、寸法30〜100nm)を付着させた。その後、このチューブを、0.75K/時間の速度で400℃に加熱し、400℃で7時間維持し、次いで、0.75K/時間の速度で室温にまで冷却した。その後、このチューブの外側をPTFEテープで巻きつけ、次のようにして得た合成溶液に浸漬した。
この合成溶液の組成を表に示す。SiO2、Al2O3、およびNa2Oの原料は、シリカゾルレバシル(R)300/30%(クルトオベルマイヤー、ドイツ)で、その組成は、SiO2/Al2O3/Na2O比で、90/0.15/1.66であった。水(イオン交換と二回の蒸留で精製したもの)、TPAOH(40%水溶液、アルファイーゼル)、TPABr(メルク)、及び表中に示した本発明の添加物を、ポリプロピレン製コニカルフラスコに入れ、室温で30分間攪拌した。次いで、攪拌しながらレバシルを滴下した。
合成は、冷オートクレーブに、合成溶液と、前処理乾燥オーブン中に、外側をテフロン(登録商標)テープで巻いた種粒子の付着した基板を入れ、180℃の温度で24時間処理して行った。合成の後、このテフロン(登録商標)テープは除去した。
この膜をメスシリンダーに入れ、0.1Mギ酸と水で交互に4回、それぞれ30分間、撹拌下で洗浄した。その後、この膜を、室内空気中で約16時間乾燥し、次いで完全循環式加熱炉に入れ、まず約0.3K/時間の速度で450℃に加熱し、その温度で400分間維持した。17K/時間の速度で室温まで冷却した。
透過試験のために、この膜を試験モジュールに入れた。供給側空間の透過流側空間からの封鎖は、Oリングシールを用いて行った。Oリングは、ガラスが付着した基板の末端にまで押し込んだ。
パーベーパレーション試験のために、膜3を試験モジュールに入れた。エタノールと水の混合物(5重量%のエタノール)を液体状態で、40℃の温度で膜に供給した。透過流側の圧力は13mbarであった。この測定では、透過流が0.8kg/(m2h)であった。透過流中のエタノール濃度は68重量%であった。
Claims (9)
- 複合膜の製造方法であって、MFI型ゼオライトを含む一種以上の微孔性分離層が、多孔性基板上での熱水合成により製造され、メタノール、n−プロパノール、n−ブタノール、(C 1 −C 4 )−アルキル基を持つ第1級アミン、アンモニア、及びアセトンからなる群から選ばれる一種以上の化合物からなる群から選ばれる一種以上の添加物が該熱水合成の合成溶液に添加され、該合成溶液が次のモル組成を持ち、Aが添加物であり:
SiO2/Al2O3/Na2O/TPAOH/TPABr/H2O/A=1/5×10-5〜5×10-2/0〜0.2/0.03〜0.08/(1.85/90)〜0.08/(10−y)〜(100−y)/y
また、0<y<50、
式中、合成溶液中のH2Oと添加物Aのモル比が100〜1:1であることを特徴とする製造方法。 - メタノール、n−プロパノール、およびn−プロピルアミンからなる群から選ばれる一種以上の化合物が添加物として添加される請求項1に記載の方法。
- yの値が15〜35である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数のゼオライト層が基板上に形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られた複合膜の蒸気透過、ガス透過、またはパーベーパレーションによる物質の選別、及び液体の濾過のための使用方法。
- ブタン/イソブタンまたはブテン/イソブテン混合物の分離のための請求項6に記載の使用方法。
- エタノール/水混合物の分離のための請求項6に記載の使用方法。
- イソプロパノール/水混合物の分離のための請求項6に記載の使用方法。
