Claims (4)
- 樹脂製の仕切りプレートの両面に樹脂製の平板状のアウタープレートを積層して接合し、前記仕切りプレートの両面に流路を形成した樹脂集積配管であって、前記仕切りプレートが両面に溝部を有し、これら溝部が両面のアウタープレートにより塞がれて前記流路を形成し、前記仕切りプレートの一方面側に離間して設けられた溝部と、他方面側に設けられた溝部とが、前記仕切りプレートに形成された貫通孔を介して連通して形成された流路と、前記離間して設けられた溝部の間に配置されて前記一方面側に設けられ、かつ、前記離間して設けられた溝部と連通した前記他方面側に設けられた溝部に対して上下に交差するように配置された溝部により形成された流路とを有し、前記アウタープレートから前記流路に連通する外部連通孔を有することを特徴とする樹脂集積配管。
- 前記仕切りプレートが、耐熱性を有する芯材を熱可塑性樹脂で被覆して構成され、前記アウタープレートが前記芯材を被覆した同種の熱可塑性樹脂からなる請求項1に記載の樹脂集積配管。
- 前記アウタープレートおよび前記仕切りプレートを形成する樹脂に、樹脂補強材を混入した請求項1または2に記載の樹脂集積配管。
- 前記アウタープレートおよび前記仕切りプレートを形成する樹脂が、ポリオレフィンまたはフッ素樹脂である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂集積配管。
