Description
本発明は、酸化窒素を減じるために排ガスラインに導入される液状の還元剤のための調量モジュールから出発する。液状の還元剤はタンク内に貯蔵され、タンクから管路を介して調量モジュールに搬送される。調量モジュールは、保持装置又はアダプタによって収容される調量弁を有する。アダプタは調量弁と共に排ガス管に取り付けられる。
本発明に係る還元剤調量弁を保持するための保持装置は、還元剤調量弁を保持するための保持装置であって、保持装置は、還元剤調量弁を収容するために設けられている内室を少なくとも部分的に取り囲でいる、還元剤調量弁を保持するための保持装置において、保持装置は、内室から出る音響振動を減衰する音響減衰装置を有していることを特徴とする。
図1には、還元剤調量弁20を保持するために設けられている保持装置10が示されている。保持装置はほぼ円筒状の内室を有している。内室は内室内に設けられている還元剤調量弁20を周方向で取り囲んでいる。保持装置10の上側の区分10aは、還元剤調量弁20の閉鎖区分を有するヘッド部分を有している。調量弁の閉鎖区分内に弁制御のために設けられているアクチュエータは、減衰したい閉鎖騒音を発生させる。還元剤調量弁の閉鎖区分に、閉鎖区分を排ガスライン40に接続する管状体(Roehre)が接続される。本発明に係る保持装置10の供給管路区分10bは管状体16を取り囲んでいる。管状体は調量弁20の閉鎖区分よりも小さな直径を有しているので、包囲している供給管路区分10bも、直径において還元剤調量弁のヘッド区分10aよりも小さく寸法設定されている。保持装置の供給管路区分10bにおいてシール部16は、還元剤調量弁の管状体を保持装置10の供給管路区分10bと共にシールするために働く。シール部は、有利には弾性的な材料を有している。還元剤調量弁の管状体は排ガスライン40の開口を貫通する。有利には、貫通部の個所において、管状体の外面と排ガスライン40の開口との間に最小の間隔が存在する。有利には、振動により励振された還元剤調量弁の管状体の運動にもかかわらず、固体伝播音が還元剤調量弁から管状体を介して排ガスラインガイドに伝振されることを避けるために、排ガスラインの開口に対して依然として十分な間隔が設けられるように前記最小の間隔は設計されている。
Claims (9)
- 還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)を保持するための保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)であって、該保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)は、還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)を収容するために設けられている内室を少なくとも部分的に取り囲でいる、還元剤調量弁を保持するための保持装置において、
保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)は、前記内室から出る音響振動を減衰する音響減衰装置を有しており、
前記音響減衰装置は空気伝播音減衰エレメント(18,30,260,570)を備えており、
空気伝播音減衰エレメント(260)は空気にとって透過可能であり、且つ高められた流れ抵抗を提供することを特徴とする、還元剤調量弁を保持するための保持装置。 - 空気伝播音減衰エレメント(30,260)は位相をずらされた振動重畳により、空気伝播音を減衰する、請求項1記載の保持装置。
- 前記音響減衰装置は弾性的なエレメント(16,18,560,570,580,780)を有しており、該弾性的なエレメント(16,18,560,570,580,780)は前記内室を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記内室から出る固体伝播音を減衰する、請求項1又は2記載の保持装置。
- 更に前記音響減衰装置は弾性的な結合エレメント(570,580)を有しており、該弾性的な結合エレメント(570,580)は、還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)の動揺から発生する固体伝播音を減衰し、且つ保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)を排ガスライン案内装置(540,640,740)に取り付けるための弾性的な接合個所を提供する、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の保持装置。
- 更に前記音響減衰装置は2つの弾性的な懸架エレメントを有しており、該懸架エレメントは固体伝播音を減衰し、前記懸架エレメントは各々、弾性的な懸架接合個所を還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)のために提供し、且つ保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)の長手方向軸線に沿って互いに離間されて配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の保持装置。
- 前記弾性的なエレメント、前記弾性的な結合エレメント及び/又は前記2つの弾性的な懸架エレメントのうちの少なくとも1つは、収容したい還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)のアクチュエータの作動方向に沿って高い弾性変形性を有している、請求項3,4又は5記載の保持装置。
- 前記弾性的な結合エレメント又は前記2つの弾性的な懸架エレメントのうちの1つは、還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)の少なくとも一区分を収容するためのシール部であり、該シール部は、還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)を弾性的に保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)内に保持し、前記還元剤調量弁から発生する固体伝播音の、保持装置(10,110,410,510,610,710)への伝振を減衰するように調整されている、請求項4又は5記載の保持装置。
- ヘッド領域(10a)を有しており、該ヘッド領域(10a)は還元剤調量弁(20,120,420,520,620,720)の閉鎖区分を収容するためのヘッドスペースを円筒状に取り囲み、周面に配置された空気伝播音減衰開口(260)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の保持装置。
- 半径方向に延びている冷却リブ(30,230,780a−c)を有しており、該冷却リブ(30,230,780a−c)は複数の空気伝播音減衰開口を備えている、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載の保持装置。
