Description
Claims (10)
- 排気ガス系における排気ガスの有害物質の減少のための液状の還元剤の調量のための装置であって、調量弁(110)及び排気ガス管への取り付けのために前記調量弁(110)の開閉部分を取り囲むように配置される筒状のアダプター(112)を含んでいる形式のものにおいて、
前記調量弁(110)は、前記アダプター(112)の一端側に該調量弁を固定するために前記アダプター(112)の一端側の開口部を閉じるように設けられるプレート状の構成要素(118)を含む結合要素(124)を用いて前記アダプター(112)に結合されており、前記プレート状の構成要素(118)は少なくとも1つの金属製の吸音体(130,132)の層を含んでいることを特徴とする、還元剤の調量のための装置。 - 金属製の吸音体(130,132)は次の少なくとも1つの吸音要素を含んでおり、つまり、金属製の多孔質の要素、焼結要素、金属製の複合材、金属製の編み物、焼結された編み物、プレス加工された編み物、金属製の織物、焼結された織物及びプレス加工された織物の少なくともいずれか1つを含んでいる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 金属製の吸音体(130,132)は、層構造を有していて、吸音要素の少なくとも1つの層(130)及び非吸音質の要素の少なくとも1つの層(128)を備えている請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 吸音要素の層(130)は結合要素(124)の、アダプター(112)に向けられた側に配置されている請求項3に記載の装置。
- 吸音要素の層(130)と非吸音質の要素の層(128)との間に少なくとも1つの中間層を設けてある請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- プレート状の構成要素(118)は、アダプター(112)に向けられた側の第1のプレート状の吸音要素の層(130)及びアダプター(112)とは逆の側の第2の非吸音質の要素の層(128)を含んでいる請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- プレート状の吸音要素(130)とプレート状の非吸音質の要素(128)とは、相互の嵌合又は形状結合により若しくは摩擦力により互いに結合されて、前記プレート状の構成要素(118)を形成している請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- プレート状の構成要素(118)は、調量弁(110)の受容のための少なくとも1つの開口部(126)を有しており、プレート状の構成要素(118)は、調量弁(110)の受容のためのU字形の開口部(126)を有していて、調量弁(110)の溝内に係合するためのU字形の部材として形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- プレート状の構成要素(118)はさらに、アダプター(112)への装着のための少なくとも1つの接触面(120)を有している請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 結合要素(124)はさらに、調量弁(110)、プレート状の構成要素(118)及びアダプター(112)の相互の摩擦力結合のためのクランプ(122)を含んでいる請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
