Description
(ZnCl2)nCl− ・・・(II)
[式中、nは0.5〜1の数を示す。]
(ZnCl2)nCl− ・・・(II)
(ZnCl2)nCl− ・・・(II)
4−ニトロソジフェニルアミン52.8g(30%Wet品)、水150mlを加え、N,N−ジ−n−ブチル−m−アミノフェノール17.4g、エタノール570mlを加え、35%塩酸にてpH=1.0に調整しその後酸化マグネシュウム0.9gを加えた後、酢酸ナトリウムでpH=1.1〜1.2に保持しつつ60℃〜80℃で5時間反応した。パーライト6.6g、活性炭1.9gを加え、1時間攪拌後、熱ろ過して不純物を除き、熱水420gを加え、塩化亜鉛16.1gと食塩45.6gを加え、20℃〜40℃で10時間放置後、析出した結晶をろ過、乾燥した。以下の構造を有する染毛用染料(以下「ジブチル体」と呼ぶ。)を得た(収量28.8g)。
ジフェニルアミン217gを水400ml、95%硫酸125g、キシレン500mlに溶解し、40%亜硝酸ナトリウム243g、水80mlの溶液を30℃でニトロソ化した。分液後、水層を30℃以下に保ちながら、ジエチル−m−アミノフェノール125gと水酸化マグネシウム8g、水1600mlを加え、40%酢酸ナトリウムでpH1.2に調整した。pH1.1〜1.2を保持しつつ60〜80℃で5時間反応後、残存するキシレンを水蒸気蒸留にて除去する。温湯で全量を10Lとし染料を溶解し重曹でpH4〜4.5に調整した。パーライト、活性炭で不溶物をろ過、除去後、熱水3.2Lを加えて、塩酸でpH2とした。塩化亜鉛69gと飽和食塩水2730gを加え、20〜40℃で10時間放置し、析出した結晶をろ過、乾燥し、以下の構造を有する染毛用染料(以下「C.I.Basic Blue 75」又は略称として「Blue 75」と呼ぶ。)を得た(収量:172g)。

[染毛方法1]
実施例1−2で得られたBlue 75を[表2]の組成割合に基づき調製した染液A、B及びCをそれぞれ10g量取り、モノエタノールアミンによりpH値8.5に調整後、人毛白髪(100%)[株式会社ビューラックス、商品番号BM−W]1gを入れ、45℃で20分染色した。この染毛を水洗し、下記のソーピング条件でソーピングして、水洗後、室温で乾燥させて、それぞれ試験検体を得た。なお、この染液A、B及びCの10gをそれぞれ毛髪1gに染色する時の染色濃度は、それぞれ1%、2%及び3%owh(*1)に相当する。

試験対象の染料としてBlue 3を選び、[実施例2]の[染毛方法1]に従って試験検体(染液A〜染液C)を得た。なお、Blue 3は、特表平8―507545号公報に記載されている式(8)及び特開2004―285048号公報の段落[0016]に記載されている式(XIII)の染料であり、Blue 75と同じオキサジン骨格を有し、以下の化学式で表される化合物である。
試験対象の染料としてBlue 99を選び、[実施例2]の[染毛方法1]に従って試験検体(染液A〜染液C)を得た。なお、Blue 99は別名Arianor Steel Blueとも言い、青色系染毛用に使用される標準的染料であり、以下の化学式で表される化合物の混合物である。
[ソーピング条件]
ソーピング液: 5%Tween#80水溶液[関東化学(株)、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノオレート]
浴比: 1:10(染毛質量1gに対するソーピング液質量)
処理温度、時間: 45℃、10分
処理後: 水洗
各毛髪の染着濃度は、下式(Kubelka−Munk式)により光学濃度(K/Sd)を算出した。

Rλ:反射率(%)/100
λ :380〜780nmの10nm間隔
反射率R測定は、分光式色差計SE−2000[日本電色工業(株)製]で測定した。
[染毛方法1]により得られた、染液濃度3%owhの各試験検体について、以下の条件で耐光堅牢性試験を行い、試験前後の各検体について染着濃度を測定した。測定結果を[表4]に記載する。
[耐光堅牢性試験]
耐光性試験機: 紫外線ロングライフフェードメータFAL−5H[スガ試験機(株)製]
時間照射: 10Hr(時間)、20Hr(時間)、
上記の[染毛方法1]により得られた各試験検体について、以下の条件でシャンプー堅牢性試験を行った。その結果を[表5]に記載する。
シャンプー堅牢性試験は、[染毛方法1]により得られた各試験検体を下記のシャンプー堅牢性試験(シャンプー処理及びトリートメント処理を1回とし、それを5回繰り返す)を行い、室温で乾燥させて検体とした。その後、各検体について染着濃度(K/Sd)を測定した。
(1)シャンプー処理条件
シャンプー液: 5%ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液
浴比: 1:10(染毛質量1gに対するシャンプー液質量)
温度・時間: 45℃、20分
後処理: 水洗
(2)トリートメント処理条件
トリートメント液: 5%塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム水溶液
浴比: 1:10(染毛質量1gに対するトリートメント液質量)
温度・時間: 45℃、20分
後処理: 水洗
染毛用組成物の使用可能なpHを把握するため、pH値を8.5から5付近に調整し、染着試験を実施した。
[染毛方法2]
実施例1−2で得られたBlue 75を[表2]の組成割合に基づき調製した染液A及びCをそれぞれ10g量取り、炭酸ナトリウムによりpH値5.2に調整後、人毛白髪(100%)[株式会社ビューラックス、商品番号BM−W]1gを入れ、45℃で20分染色した。この染毛を水洗し、前記のソーピング条件でソーピングして、水洗後、室温で乾燥させて、それぞれ試験検体を得た。なお、この染液A及びCの10gをそれぞれ毛髪1gに染色する時の染色濃度はそれぞれ1%及び3%owh(*1)に相当する。

試験対象の染料としてBlue 3を選び、[実施例5]の[染毛方法2]に従って処理し試験検体を得た。
同様に、試験対象の染料としてBlue 99を選び、[実施例5]の[染毛方法2]に従って処理し試験検体を得た。
[表2]の組成内容に従い、(a)成分としてBlue75とBrown16を[表7]に示す所定量混合し、(b)成分及び(c)成分を配合して茶色染料液を調製し、上記[染毛方法1]に従い処理した。各試験検体について、下記の色差計により測色した。
結果を[表7]に記載する。
L*a*b*表色系(CIE1976)
表色は3つのパラメーター(L*、a*、及びb*)で規定される。
L*は明度、a*、b*は色相と彩度を示す色度。
L*値が大きいほど着色の強度は小さい。
a*は、赤/緑の対の軸に対応する。プラスが赤、マイナスが緑である。
b*は、黄/青の対の軸に対応する。プラスが黄、マイナスが青である。
上記[表2]の組成内容に従い、(a)成分としてBlue75、Brown16及びRed29を[表8]に示す所定量混合し、(b)成分及び(c)成分を配合して黒色染料液を調製し、上記[染毛方法1]に従い処理した。各試験検体について、上記の色差計により測色した。
結果を[表8]に記載する。
上記[表2]の組成内容に従い、(a)成分としてBlue75、Brown16及びRed51を[表9]に示す所定量混合し、(b)成分及び(c)成分を配合して黒色染料液を調製し、上記[染毛方法1]に従い処理した。各試験検体について、上記の色差計により測色した。
結果を[表9]に記載する。
[実施例2]、[比較例1]及び[比較例2]で使用した下記の染料(3種)及び[実施例1]で合成したジブチル体の計4種([表10]記載)の染料化合物について、染毛剤としての使用を想定した各染料化合物の酸化剤存在下における安定性試験を実施した。
[安定性試験]
酸化剤の過酸化水素(H2O2)を含む市販のオキシデーションクリーム(ホーユー製、メンズビゲンスピーディーIINの2剤)8gに、染料Blue75を0.5質量%含むカラークリーム(1)4gを配合し染料化合物の安定性を試験した(処方B)。配合後の染料濃度は0.17質量%である。なお、対照(ブランク)としては、カラークリーム(1)に酸化剤を含まない2%キサンタンガム溶液を配合した(処方A)。
また、上記市販のオキシデーションクリームのpH値は約4であるため、キサンタンガム溶液はクエン酸溶液を添加するによりpH値を約4に調整した。(pH値の測定は、ユニバーサル試験紙を使用した。)
上記混合方法により調製したカラークリーム配合液に人毛白髪(100%)[株式会社ビューラックス、商品番号BM−W]1gを入れ、45℃で20分染色した。この染毛を水洗し、先のソーピング条件でソーピングして、水洗後、室温で乾燥させて、それぞれ試験検体を得た。
各試験検体の染着濃度を測定した。
その結果を[表12]に記載する。

[安定性試験]
酸化剤の過酸化水素(H2O2)を含む市販のオキシデーションクリーム(ホーユー製、メンズビゲンスピーディーIINの2剤)5gに、染料Blue75を0.4質量%含むカラークリーム(2)5gを配合し染料化合物の安定性を試験した(処方B)。配合後の染料濃度は0.20質量%である。なお、対照(ブランク)としては、カラークリーム(2)に酸化剤を含まない2%キサンタンガム溶液を配合した(処方A)。
また、上記市販のオキシデーションクリームのpH値は約4であるため、キサンタンガム溶液はクエン酸溶液を添加するによりpH値を約4に調整した。(pH値の測定は、ユニバーサル試験紙を使用した。)

その結果を[表14]に記載する。
[表16]に示す組成物(比較例9及び実施例14〜21)、[表17]に示す組成物(比較例10及び実施例22)及び[表18]に示す組成物(比較例11及び実施例23〜28)を炭酸ナトリウムでpH5に調整した。それらを皮膚(腕)に小豆大に塗布して5分間放置後、市販化粧石鹸で洗い、水洗して下記[表15]に示す汚染性評価法により評価した。その結果を[表16]、[表17]及び[表18]に示す。
汚染用グレースケール(JIS L0805)により、5級、4−5級、4級、3−4級、3級、2−3級、2級、1−2級、1級の9段階で評価した。
なお、汚染用グレースケールはJIS染色堅ろう度試験で白布に生じた汚染程度を判定するのに用いる標準スケールである。
各等級と汚染程度の関係を下記に示す。
Claims (14)
- 前記無機陰イオンは、塩素イオン、臭素イオン、硫酸イオン、リン酸イオン又はヨウ素イオンである、請求項1記載の染毛用染料。
- 前記錯塩陰イオンは、下記一般式(II)で表される無機錯塩陰イオンである、請求項1又は2に記載の染毛用染料。
(ZnCl2)nCl− ・・・(II)
[式中、nは0.5〜1の数を示す。] - R1及びR2はいずれも、エチル基又はn−ブチル基である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の染毛用染料。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の染毛用染料と、
湿潤剤、膨潤剤、浸透剤、pH調整剤、界面活性剤、香料及び増粘剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の助剤と、水と、を含有する染毛用組成物。 - さらに、酸化染料、アルカリ剤及び酸化剤を含有する請求項5記載の染毛用組成物。
- 前記染毛用染料の含有量は、全量基準で0.001〜5質量%である、請求項5又は6に記載の染毛用組成物。
- pHが3〜10である、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の染毛用組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤は、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステルである、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の染毛用組成物。
- 前記ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステルは、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノパルミテート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート及びポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノオレートからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項9記載の染毛用組成物。
- 前記ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステルの含有量は、質量基準で、前記染毛用染料の2.5倍〜30倍量である、請求項9又は10記載の染毛用組成物。
- 前記無機陰イオンは、塩素イオン、臭素イオン、硫酸イオン、リン酸イオン又はヨウ素イオンである、請求項12記載の化合物。
- 前記錯塩陰イオンは、下記一般式(II)で表される無機錯塩陰イオンである、請求項12又は13に記載の化合物。
