Description
式(1)及び(2)中、Rで表される低級アルキル基としては、直鎖又は分岐鎖の炭素数1〜4のアルキル基が挙げられ、具体的にはメチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、イソプロピル基、ブチル基等が挙げられる。
内径15mmのガラス管に、H+型のZSM−5ゼオライト10ml、その上部に長さ10cm分粒径2〜3mmのカーボランダム粒を詰めた。触媒層及びカーボランダム層の温度は400℃に保ち、上部より4−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペリジン水溶液(4−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペリジン:水=1:10)を0.088g/minの速度で滴下し、同時に上部より窒素を200Nml/min導入した。得られた反応混合ガスを100mlの水に溶解させて、反応混合液を得た。反応混合液のGC分析の結果、キヌクリジンの収率は78.0%であった。
実施例1の4−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペリジン水溶液のモル比を1:10に代えて、1:3にした以外は実施例1と同様にして行い、反応混合液を得た。反応混合液のGC分析の結果、キヌクリジンの収率は79.4%であった。
実施例1の4−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペリジン水溶液に代えて、4−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペリジンを用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして行い、反応混合液を得た。反応混合液のGC分析の結果、キヌクリジンの収率は54.7%であった。
