Claims (5)
- シート状の正極集電体に正極活物質層を形成して正極電極を作製する工程と、シート状の負極集電体に負極活物質層を形成して負極電極を作製する工程と、前記正極電極および負極電極の間にシート状のセパレータを配して積層シートを作製する工程と、前記積層シートの両面にくさび形状を1つの単位とする周期構造が繰り返されてなる連続くさび形状を加圧転写する工程と、前記連続くさび形状をなす前記積層シートが有する、前記正極電極、前記セパレータ及び前記負極電極が積層された平面部分を、角形かつ薄型の密閉型二次電池の缶ケースの幅広な面と直交にさせた状態で、前記缶ケース内に前記積層シートを収容する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記連続くさび形状を加圧転写する工程では、連続くさび形状の面を有する2つの型ブロックの間に前記積層シートを挟んで加圧することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記連続くさび形状を加圧転写する工程では、前記積層シートを2つの歯車のかみ合わせ部に通して、前記歯車の加圧力により前記連続くさび形状を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記連続くさび形状を加圧転写する工程の後で、前記連続シートの長手方向の長さを圧縮するように加圧して前記くさび形状の先端の角度を小さくする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記くさび形状の先端の角度を小さくする工程の後で、不活性雰囲気中の熱処理によって電極内部の歪みを除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次電池の製造方法。
