Description
Claims (15)
- 軸、
軸に回転自在に固定されたインナーレース、固定されたアウターレース、及び前記インナーレースと前記アウターレースとの間に配置された多くの回転エレメントを備えて前記軸に取り付けられるベアリング、
前記インナーレース上にプレスフィットしている磁気弾性リング、
前記磁気弾性リング内で渦電流を誘起させるために、前記磁気弾性リング外周上の一箇所の近傍に配置され、励磁軸の長手方向が前記軸の回転軸の径方向に揃えられている励磁コイル、
前記磁気弾性リング内で誘起された渦電流によって生じた磁場を検知するために、前記磁気弾性リング外周上の一箇所の近傍に配置され、検知軸の長手方向が前記軸の回転軸の径方向に揃えられている検知コイル、及び
リングの導電率及び透磁率の変化を検知するための電気回路、
を備える、
軸を通して負荷されるトルクを検知するためのデバイス。 - 前記インナーレースがテーパレースであり、磁気弾性リングが前記テーパインナーレースの一方の端部付近の軸首上にプレスフィットされている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記励磁コイル及び検知コイルが、前記アウターレースに取り付けられているシングルユニットの中に納められている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記シングルユニットが、前記アウターレースの中に取り付けられているシールの中に取り付けられている、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 第2の励磁コイル及び第2の検知コイルと、第2のユニットとをさらに備え、
前記第2の励磁コイル及び前記第2の検知コイルが、前記アウターレースに取り付けられている前記第2のユニットの中に納められている請求項3に記載のデバイス。 - 前記電気回路が、
前記検知コイルの出力を受けるブリッジバランス回路、
前記ブリッジバランス回路の出力を増幅する増幅器、
前記増幅器の出力を復調する復調器、及び
前記復調器の出力をフィルタリングしてセンサ出力を発生させるフィルタを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記励磁コイルは、第1の励磁コイルと第2の励磁コイルとを有し、
前記検知コイルは、第1の検知コイルと第2の検知コイルとを有し、
前記第1の検知コイル及び前記第2の検知コイルがほぼ同等の大きさで、反対の位相の信号を生じる、請求項6に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1の励磁コイル及び前記第1の検知コイルが、前記軸の中心線によって定義される中心線から+45度回転されて、前記磁気弾性リングの圧縮線又は引張線に合わせられており、
前記第2の励磁コイル及び前記第2の検知コイルが、前記軸の中心線によって定義される中心線から−45度回転されて、前記第1の励磁コイル及び前記第1の検知コイルによって合わせられた前記圧縮線又は引張線と反対の線に合わせられている、請求項7に記載のデバイス。 - 磁気弾性リングが、第1及び第2の磁気弾性リングに分割されており、前記第1の磁気弾性リングが、前記第1の磁気弾性リングに焦点を合わせられた前記第1の励磁コイル及び前記第1の検知コイルを有し、
前記第2の磁気弾性リングが、前記第2の磁気弾性リングに焦点を合わせられた前記第2の励磁コイル及び前記第2の検知コイルを有している、請求項8に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1の励磁コイル及び前記第2の励磁コイルが、前記リングの円周方向に沿って180度離れて間隔をあけられている、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2の励磁コイル及び検知コイルが、1つの物理的容器の中に組み込まれている、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記磁気弾性リングが、その外周にギザギザの溝を有する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の励磁コイル及び前記第1の検知コイルに最も近い前記ギザギザの溝が、前記軸の前記中心線によって定義される中心線から+45度に配置され、
前記第2の励磁コイル及び前記第2の検知コイルに最も近い前記ギザギザの溝が、前記軸の前記中心線によって定義される中心線から−45度に配置され、
前記ギザギザの溝が、前記磁気弾性リングの前記圧縮線及び引張線と平行である、請求項12に記載のデバイス。 - 第3の励磁コイル及び第4の励磁コイル、第3の検知コイル及び第4の検知コイルをさらに有し、
前記第3の検知コイル及び前記第3の励磁コイルが、前記磁気弾性リングの圧縮線又は引張線の1つに合わせられ、
前記第4の検知コイル及び前記第4の励磁コイルが、前記磁気弾性リングの圧縮線又は引張線の他方に合わせられている、請求項8に記載のデバイス。 - 前記磁気弾性リングが環状に分極している、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
