Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの圧力入口をもつプロセス圧力発信器と、
前記プロセス圧力発信器の少なくとも1つの圧力入口に流体的に連通しており、前記少なくとも1つの圧力入口からプロセス流体を隔離すると同時に、充填液を介して前記少なくとも1つの圧力入口までプロセス流体の圧力を伝達できるように構成されている遠隔処理用シール体とを備える一方、
前記遠隔処理用シール体に凹部を形成し、
前記遠隔処理用シール体内の充填液に接触し充填液中のガス状の水素を捕捉,吸収,または除去できる能力を有する部材から成る捕捉部材を前記凹部内に配置し、
前記凹部内における前記捕捉部材よりプロセス流体側にスクリーンを設置し、
前記スクリーンを覆う位置にダイヤフラムを配置して成る
遠隔処理用シール装置。 - 前記スクリーンが金属製である、請求項1記載の遠隔処理用シール装置。
- 前記捕捉部材がポリマーの捕捉部材である、請求項1記載の遠隔処理用シール装置。
- 前記充填液がシリコンオイルである、請求項1記載の遠隔処理用シール装置。
- 前記遠隔処理用シール体が、ステンレス合金から構成されている、請求項1記載の遠隔処理用シール装置。
- 前記捕捉部材の導電性が測定され、前記遠隔処理用シール体の製品寿命の診断表示値として表示される、請求項1記載の遠隔処理用シール装置。
- 配管に充填された非圧縮性の充填液を介してプロセス流体の圧力が伝達されるように構成された遠隔処理用シール体であって、
前記遠隔処理用シール体はプレート部材を備え、
前記プレート部材に対して液室を形成できるよう隔離ダイヤフラムを溶接する一方、
前記液室の底面に凹部を形成し、
当該凹部内に、前記充填液に接触し充填液中のガス状の水素を捕捉,吸収,または除去できる能力を有する部材から成る捕捉部材及び当該捕捉部材よりプロセス流体側にスクリーンを設置して成る
遠隔処理用シール体。 - 前記プレート部材が、前記隔離ダイヤフラムの内側面に対向した渦状面を備える、請求項7記載の遠隔処理用シール体。
- 前記プレート部材が、前記捕捉部材の当該捕捉部材より凹部の底側に形成される溝を備える、請求項7記載の遠隔処理用シール体。
- 遠隔処理用シール体を備えた遠隔処理用シール装置内の充填液を維持する方法であって、
前記遠隔処理用シール体を構成するプレート部材に対して液室を形成できるよう隔離ダイヤフラムを溶接し、前記プレート部材に設けられた凹部内に前記充填液中のガス状の水素を捕捉,吸収,または除去できる能力を有する部材から成る捕捉部材及び当該捕捉部材よりプロセス流体側にスクリーンを設置することで、
前記捕捉部材に非圧縮性の充填液に接触させる工程からなる、プロセス装置内の充填液を維持する方法。 - 前記非圧縮性の充填液がオイルである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記オイルがシリコンオイルである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔処理用シール体は、前記充填液を介してプロセス流体の圧力を圧力発信器へ伝送する請求項10記載の方法。
