Description
これによって、従来のクラッチフェーシングでは低かった初期摩擦係数を高くすることができるクラッチフェーシングが得られている。
Claims (2)
- 配合ゴムと、ガラス繊維と、フェノール樹脂、変性フェノール樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂の何れかからなるガラス繊維含浸用合成樹脂とを含有するクラッチフェーシングであって、
前記配合ゴムに対する接触面積が大きく、補強効果も高く、200℃での引張強度及び回転破壊強度を向上させる補強材である珪藻土を、前記配合ゴム中に前記配合ゴム全体に対して3vol%〜18vol%の範囲内で配合し、前記配合ゴムの高温強度を向上したことを特徴とするクラッチフェーシング。 - 前記配合ゴムは、ゴム、硫黄、加硫促進剤、熱硬化性樹脂粉末、レジンダスト、及び前記珪藻土を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチフェーシング。
