Abstract
【解決手段】粒径の小さい無機フィラー2を添加することで繊維3と繊維3との間に無機フィラー2が付着し、含浸された樹脂が硬化する際に繊維3間を結合し、摩擦材基材1の強度を向上させる効果が得られ、また無機フィラー2の真比重を確保することで配合される容量が小さくなり、無機フィラー2によって摩擦材基材1の気孔が埋められることがなく、摩擦材基材1の気孔径5を確保することができる。これによって、摩擦面からのATFの吸収が速くなるため、解放特性及びμ−V正勾配性が向上し、引き摺りトルクが低減される。

Claims (4)
- 繊維成分とフィラー成分とを含有する抄紙体に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させて加熱硬化させてなる摩擦材基材を、平板リング状の芯金の片面または両面に接着してなる湿式摩擦材であって、
前記フィラー成分中に、平均粒子径が0.3μm〜10μmの範囲内で、真比重が4〜6の範囲内で、モース硬度が3〜8の範囲内の1種または2種以上の無機フィラーを前記抄紙体全体に対して5重量%〜40重量%の範囲内で含有することを特徴とする湿式摩擦材。 - 繊維成分とフィラー成分の一部とを抄紙してなる抄紙体に前記フィラー成分の残部である無機フィラーを添加した後に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させて、または繊維成分とフィラー成分の一部とを抄紙してなる抄紙体に前記フィラー成分の残部である無機フィラーを添加した熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させて、加熱硬化させてなる摩擦材基材を、平板リング状の芯金の片面または両面に接着してなる湿式摩擦材であって、
前記無機フィラーは、平均粒子径が0.3μm〜10μmの範囲内で、真比重が4〜6の範囲内で、モース硬度が3〜8の範囲内の1種または2種以上の無機フィラーであり、前記抄紙体全体の5重量%〜40重量%の範囲内で添加されてなることを特徴とする湿式摩擦材。 - 前記繊維成分は前記抄紙体中における含有率が30重量%〜60重量%の範囲内であり、前記フィラー成分は前記抄紙体中における含有率が40重量%〜70重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の湿式摩擦材。
- 前記摩擦材基材の水銀圧入法によって測定した気孔径分布のピークが1μm〜20μmの範囲内にあり、前記摩擦材基材の気孔率が30%〜70%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の湿式摩擦材。
