Description
本発明を詳細に説明したが、特許請求の範囲によって定義されるような本発明の範囲ないで当業者によって変更及び変形が行われることは明らかである。
Claims (9)
- 乾式配電変圧器であって、
直線部分(52)を有する樹脂で包囲された略矩形のコイル(40)と、
中に画定された矩形のコアウインドウ(22)を有するアモルファス金属製のコア(20)と、を備え、
前記コイル及び前記コアは、前記コイルの直線部分の形状が前記コアウインドウの形状に適合するような寸法及び形状であり、前記コイルの前記直線部分(52)は、前記コア及び前記コアが組み立てられて配電変圧器を形成するとき前記コアウインドウ(22)に配置され、
前記コイル(40)は、前記複数の同心層の隣接する同心層の間に画定される複数の冷却ダクト(58)を有し、前記冷却ダクトは、前記矩形のコイルの周りで周縁的に非連続的であり、前記直線部分(52)を含まない前記コイルの一部に配置されており、
前記コアウインドウは、3.5対1と4.5対1との間のアスペクト比を画定し、
前記コアは、化学式M60−90、T0−15、X10−25を有するアモルファス金属合金からつくられ、ここで、Mは、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル成分の少なくとも1つの成分であり、Tは少なくとも1つの遷移金属成分であり、Xは、燐、ボロン、炭素成分のうちの少なくとも1つのメタロイド成分であり、炭素、燐及び/又はボロンの80パーセントまでは、アルミニウム、アンチモニ、ベリリウム、インジウム、シリコン、及びスズによって置換される乾式配電変圧器。 - 前記コイルが、更に導電性コイル巻き線と前記コイルの隣接する同心的な層の間に電気的な絶縁を提供する絶縁材料とを有する複数の略矩形の同心層と、前記コイルを包囲する樹脂層と、を有する請求項1の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記コイル巻き線は、アルミニウム及び銅から成る材料のグループから選択された材料から成る請求項2の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記樹脂層は、低粘度のエポキシ樹脂である請求項2の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記低粘度樹脂はビスフェノールAエポキシ樹脂である請求項4の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記コアは巻かれたコアである請求項1の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記コイルは、低電圧コイルである請求項1の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記コイルは高電圧コイルである請求項1の乾式配電変圧器。
- 前記コイルは、低電圧コイルと高電圧コイルとを有する請求項1の乾式配電変圧器。
