Claims (24)
- プリンター構成材を実質的に堅い支持体に取付けるための取付け部材において、該取付け部材が、一つ以上の取付け開口部をもち且つ該プリンター構成材又は該支持体のいずれか一方に付着されたフォイル部材、及び該プリンター構成材又は該支持体の他の一方に該開口部に係合するように付着された一つ以上の取付けピンからなり、テーパー状のスリーブが該取付け開口部と係合されることによって生じる該取付けピンと該取付け開口部との係合が、該フォイルが該スリーブによって変形されることによる該フォイル部材の局所変形を生じ、該支持体は該スリーブと接触せず、該フォイルが自由に変形するように十分な大きさの凹部を有し、該変形が、該プリンター構成材を該フォイル部材と実質上平行な平面の該支持体と位置合せするように該ピン上に局所力を与えることを特徴とする取付け部材。
- 該フォイルが0.1mm〜0.5mmの厚さをもつ請求項1記載の部材。
- 該フォイルが金属である請求項2記載の部材。
- 該フォイルの取付け開口部が光学方法で形成される請求項1又は2記載の部材。
- 少なくとも二つのピン及び開口部を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の部材。
- 第1のピンが該支持体と一緒になって自由度2で位置合せを与える請求項5記載の部材。
- 第2のピンが該支持体と一緒になって第3の自由度で位置合せを与える請求項6記載の部材。
- 該ピンがテーパー状である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の部材。
- 部材が該プリンター構成材と該支持体との間の位置合せの精度に±2μmの精度を与える請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の部材。
- 該プリンター部構成材がプリントヘッドである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の部材。
- 一つの取付け部材が一定の間隔で二つ以上のプリントヘッドを取り付けるようになっている請求項10記載の部材。
- 該取付け部材が該プリントヘッドを該プリントヘッドのノズル間隔と同等又はそれよりも高い精度で調整する請求項10又は11記載の部材。
- 該局所変形が弾性変形である請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の部材。
- 第一のプリンター構成材を支持体に取付ける方法において、該方法が、該プリンター構成材又は支持体のいずれか一方に、取付け開口部を一つ以上もつフォイルを付着し、テーパー状のスリーブが該取付け開口部と係合するように、該プリンター構成材又は支持体の他方に、該取付け開口部に係合するように適用される一つ以上のピンを配置し、該取付けピンを、該スリーブが該フォイルを変形させることによって該フォイルを局所的に変形するために該取付け開口部に挿入し、該局所変形が挿入方向に垂直な平面に該構成材を配置するようにさせ、該支持体に該プリンター構成材を堅く固定し、及びフォイルが付着した該プリンター構成材又は該支持体のいずれか一方は該スリーブと接触せず、フォイルが自由に変形するように十分な大きさの凹部を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 該取付け開口部がエッチングによって形成される請求項14記載の方法。
- 該方法が該プリンター構成材を該挿入方向に垂直に±2μmの精度で配置する請求項14又は15記載の方法。
- 第二のプリンター構成材を該支持体に取付け、それにより該第一及び第二のプリンター構成材を一定の間隔で固定することをさらに含む請求項14〜16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 該プリンター構成材を該支持体から取り除き、そして置換用プリントヘッド構成材を挿入し且つ固定する該方法を繰返すことを含むさらに請求項14〜17のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 該プリンター構成材と該支持体との間の位置合せの精度が取付け開口部が形成される精度よりも少なくとも10倍高い請求項14〜18のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 該プリンター構成材と該支持体との間の位置合せの精度が取付けピンが形成される精度よりも10倍の程度高い請求項14〜19のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 一つ以上のプリンター構成材を支持する支持体を製造する方法において、該方法が、各フォイル部材が少なくとも一つのプリンター構成材との係合用の一つ以上の取付け開口部を含む一枚以上のフォイル部材を用意する工程、各該フォイル部材上の少なくとも一つの取付け開口部の中に、テーパー状のスリーブが該取付け開口部と係合するように、該開口部と係合するための取付けピンを挿入する工程、該ピンを所望の間隔で位置決めするために該支持体に対して該一つ以上フォイル部材を位置決めする工程、及び該支持体に該一つ以上のフォイル部材を固定する工程を含み、該フォイル部材が該スリーブによって変形され、該支持体は該スリーブと接触せず、フォイルが自由に変形するように十分な大きさの凹部を有する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 該取付け開口部と該取付けピンとの係合が該フォイルの局所変形を生ずる請求項21記載の方法。
- 該フォイルが該ピンの位置合せの必要な精度よりも低い精度で製造される請求項21又は22記載の方法。
- 該ピンが、該フォイルが作られる精度よりも10倍高い精度で位置合せされる請求項21〜23のいずれか1項記載の方法。
