媒が、火力発電所及び焼却炉で広く使用され、そして、ペレット触媒が、硝酸、カプロラクタム等の製造加工のために適している。触媒組成物は、主に、バナジウム、モリブデン、タングステン等のような活性金属の酸化物を含み、更に、活性温度範囲をシフトさせ、かつ触媒の耐久性を増加するような、他の遷移金属成分も含む。
、活性金属の量、触媒の比表面積、気孔の大きさを自由に制御でき、適当量のスルフェートを添加することによって、最良の性能を有する触媒を製造できるという利点を有する。一方、担体及び触媒として使用される単一物質(又は先駆物質)の各々が、触媒製造及び混合の方法によって製造しなければならないため、製造コストが高いというを欠点を持つ。
前記廃触媒から、バナジウム10重量%以上、ニッケル5重量%以上、硫黄5重量%以上、及びモリブデン3重量%以下を含み、60m2/g以下の比表面積及び250Å以上の
気孔の大きさを有する第一材料を得る工程;
前記廃触媒から、バナジウム3重量%以下、ニッケル4重量%以下、硫黄2重量%以下、及びモリブデン5重量%以上を含み、130m2/g以上の比表面積、及び150Å以下
の気孔の大きさを有する第二材料を得る工程;
前記第一及び前記第二材料を、別々に300ないし400℃で前処理する工程;
前記前処理された材料の各々を、平均粒度100ないし200メッシュに微粉砕する工程;
前記第一材料を酸及び水と混合し、その後、前記第二材料と混合する工程;及び
前記混合物を100ないし120℃で乾燥させ、その後、450ないし550℃で焼成する工程とからなる触媒の製造方法を提供する。

XRF又はICP法で測定された、以下の表1に示されたような組成を有する第一材料及び第二材料の各々を、300℃で4時間熱処理し、続いて、平均粒度200メッシュに微粉砕した。微粉砕した第一材料を、第一材料中のバナジウムの2倍の量の蓚酸と混合し、続いて、第一材料と第二材料の重量比3:7で、第二材料と混合した。その後、この混合物を100℃で24時間乾燥させ、続いて、500℃で5時間焼成して、触媒を得、そして次に、20ないし40メッシュに成形し、触媒性能を測定した。結果を以下の表2に示す。

gの比表面積、150ないし250Åの気孔の大きさを有し、それは窒素酸化物の選択的触媒還元のために適している。本発明の触媒は、窒素酸化物を90%以上除去し得、触媒性能効率も10%以上の増加を示す。更に、触媒は、廃触媒再生利用効率も増加し得る。
Claims (6)
- 水素化脱硫のための触媒が、アルミナ担体にモリブデン、鉄、コバルト及びシリコンを含有するところの精油場の水素化脱硫工程で、バナジウム、ニッケル及び硫黄が吸着された廃触媒から窒素酸化物の選択的触媒還元のための触媒を製造する方法であって、該方法は、以下の工程:
前記廃触媒から、バナジウム10重量%以上、ニッケル5重量%以上、硫黄5重量%以上、及びモリブデン3重量%以下を含み、60m2/g以下の比表面積及び250Å以上の気孔の大きさを有する第一材料を得る工程;
前記廃触媒から、バナジウム3重量%以下、ニッケル4重量%以下、硫黄2重量%以下、及びモリブデン5重量%以上を含み、130m2/g以上の比表面積、及び150Å以下の気孔の大きさを有する第二材料を得る工程;
前記第一及び前記第二材料を、別々に300ないし400℃で前処理する工程;
前記前処理された材料の各々を、平均粒度100ないし200メッシュに微粉砕する工程;
前記第一材料を酸及び水と混合し、その後、前記第二材料と混合する工程;及び
前記混合物を100ないし120℃で乾燥させ、その後、450ないし550℃で焼成する工程とからなる触媒の製造方法。 - 前記第一材料中の過剰活性金属成分が前記酸により溶解され、続いて前記第二材料の担体中に再分散される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酸が、前記第一材料中のバナジウム酸化物の1ないし2倍の量で添加され、かつ蓚酸、クエン酸及び希硝酸からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第一材料及び前記第二材料が、4:6ないし2:8の重量比で混合される請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2の方法に従って製造される、窒素酸化物の選択的触媒還元のための触媒であって、該触媒が、バナジウム3ないし10重量%、ニッケル3ないし10重量%、硫
黄2ないし5重量%及びモリブデン3ないし10重量%を含み、かつ60ないし140m 2 /gの比表面積、及び150ないし250Åの気孔の大きさを有するところの触媒。 - 前記触媒がハニカム又は金属板形状の構造体に適用される請求項5記載の触媒。
