Description
Claims (13)
- 液体貯蔵構造物と共に使用するために適合された落下管要素であって、
a)端部と、少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域を画定している側壁部を含む側壁とを含む管路と、
b)弁アッセンブリであって、
i)管路の端部に取り付けられた弁体と、
ii)フロートと、
iii)弁体に対して回転可能に連結され、フロートと連動するように適合されたリンク装置と、
iv)少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域に配置され、リンク装置に選択的に係合するように適合され、フロートの動きが駆動体の回転の原因となるようにフロートと連動し、液体貯蔵構造物の液体レベルに応じてのフロートの調整で、管路の端部に対して弁体の位置を調節することを容易にするリンク装置に係合されて、回転させられる駆動体と、
v)流体が内部軸受箱領域から漏れることを抑制するための駆動体のシール面と側壁部のシール面との両方をシールする第1シール体と、
vi)フロートの動きがカム体の回転の原因となるようにフロートと連動し、少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域に配置されるカム体と、
vii)シャフトの第1部が駆動体の孔の範囲内に配置され、シャフトの第2部がリンク装置の孔の範囲内に配置され、そしてシャフトの第3部がカム体の孔の範囲内に配置されるシャフトと
を含む弁アッセンブリと、
を含み、
前記駆動体の孔及び前記カム体は、管路に関してシャフトを捕捉するために一緒に協動する密閉閉鎖端をそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする落下管要素。 - 前記カム体に含まれる密閉閉鎖端は、カム体と一体に形成される閉鎖端を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の落下管要素。
- 前記駆動体に含まれる密閉閉鎖端は、閉鎖体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の落下管要素。
- 液体貯蔵構造物と共に使用するために適合された落下管要素であって、
a)端部と、少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域を画定している側壁部を含む側壁とを含む管路と、
b)弁アッセンブリであって、
i)管路の端部に取り付けられた弁体と、
ii)フロートと、
iii)弁体に対して回転可能に連結され、フロートと連動するように適合されたリンク装置と、
iv)少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域に配置され、リンク装置に選択的に係合するように適合され、フロートの動きが駆動体の回転の原因となるようにフロートと連動し、液体貯蔵構造物の液体レベルに応じてのフロートの調整で、管路の端部に対して弁体の位置を調節することを容易にするリンク装置に係合されて、回転させられる駆動体と、
v)流体が内部軸受箱領域から漏れることを抑制するための駆動体のシール面と側壁部のシール面との両方をシールする第1シール体と、
vi)フロートの動きが回転軸ベアリングの回転の原因となるようにフロートと連動し、少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域に配置される前記回転軸ベアリングと
を含む弁アッセンブリとを含み、
前記駆動体は、第1部と第2部とを含み、
第1部は、回転軸ベアリング内で孔に貫通し、第2部は、密閉閉鎖端を含み、前記第1部は、フロートの動きが第2部と共に第1部の回転の原因となるように、第2部とフロート間が連動することを提供する第2部と係合することを特徴とする落下管要素。 - 前記第1部は、第2部とネジ止め結合することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の落下管要素。
- 前記駆動体の第1部は、フロートの動きが回転軸ベアリングと共に駆動体の第1部の回転の原因となるように、回転軸ベアリングとフロート間が連動することを提供する回転軸ベアリングと係合することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の落下管要素。
- 前記駆動体の第1部は、回転軸ベアリングとネジ止め係合することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の落下管要素。
- 液体貯蔵構造物と共に使用するために適合された落下管要素であって、
a)端部と少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域を画定している側壁部を含む側壁とを含む管路と、
b)弁アッセンブリであって、
i)管路の端部に取り付けられる弁体と、
ii)フロートと、
iii)弁体に回転可能に結合して、フロートと連動するように適合させるリンク装置と、
iv)少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域に配置され、リンク装置に選択的に係合するように適合され、フロートの動きが駆動体の回転の原因となるようにフロートと連動し、液体貯蔵構造物の液体レベルに応じてのフロートの調整で、管路の端部に対して弁体の位置を調節することを容易にするリンク装置に係合されて、回転させられる駆動体と、
v)少なくとも部分的に内部軸受箱領域に配置され、フロートの動きが回転軸ベアリングの回転の原因となるようにフロートと連動する回転軸ベアリングと、
vi)駆動体の孔の範囲内に配置される第1部と、リンク装置の孔の範囲内に配置される第2部と、回転軸ベアリングの孔の範囲内に配置される第3部とを含むシャフトと、
vii)管路に対してシャフトを捕捉するために一緒に協動する密閉閉鎖端をそれぞれ含む駆動体の孔及び回転軸ベアリングの孔と、
を含む弁アッセンブリと、
を含み、
少なくとも前記密閉閉鎖端の1つは、閉鎖体を含むことを特徴とする落下管要素。 - 前記弁アッセンブリは、内部軸受箱領域からの液体漏れを抑制するために、側壁部のシール面と駆動体のシール面とをシールするシール体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の落下管要素。
- 前記弁アッセンブリは、内部軸受箱領域からの液体漏れを抑制するために、側壁部のシール面と回転軸ベアリングのシール面とをシールするシール体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の落下管要素。
- 前記回転軸ベアリングは、カム体を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の落下管要素。
- 前記カム体に含まれる密閉閉鎖端は、カム体と一体に形成される閉鎖端を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の落下管要素
- 前記閉鎖体は、圧入閉鎖するための対応する孔に適合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の落下管要素。
