Description
Claims (21)
- 液体貯蔵構造物との使用に適合された落下管アッセンブリであって、
a)第1端部と、内面を備えた第1管壁を少なくとも含む第2端部とを含む第1管路と、
b)内外面を備えた第2管壁を少なくとも有する第1端部と、第2端部とを含む第2管路であって、前記第1管路の第2端部が少なくとも一部分で前記第2管路の第1端部に外挿され、少なくとも前記第1管路と前記第2管路との部分で少なくとも一部分の液体流路を画定するよう協動する第2管路と、
c)弁アッセンブリであって、
i)前記液体流路内で回転可能に位置されて、前記第1および第2管路の少なくとも一部分を閉鎖するために提供される弁体と、
ii)フロートと、
iii)前記弁体に対して回転可能に連結され、前記フロートと連動するリンク装置と、
iv)前記第2管路の第1端部に前記弁体を回転可能に取り付け、少なくとも一部分に前記第2管路の第1端部の外面からアクセス可能なアクセス領域を定める取付ブラケットと、
を含み、前記液体貯蔵構造物における液体レベルに応じて、前記フロートが前記弁体の位置調整をする弁アッセンブリと、
d)前記リンク装置の動きを制限すべく該リンク装置と係合し、少なくとも一部分で前記アクセス領域を通って延びる調整通路に沿って調整可能な可調係止体と、
e)前記第1管壁と前記第2管壁との間に少なくとも一部分が配置されるシール体であって、前記可調係止体と前記第2管路の第2端部との間で縦長に配置されるシール体と、
を含むことを特徴とする落下管アッセンブリ。 - 前記取付ブラケットは、少なくとも一部分に前記アクセス領域を定める一体型である請求項1に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2管路の第1端部は、前記一体型取付ブラケットを取り付けるための取付面を含み、前記一体型取付ブラケットは、前記取付面から離れて延びる第1及び第2回転軸支持体を含み、各支持体は、前記取付面付近に位置する第1端と、前記取付面からオフセットされた第2端とを含み、前記一体型取付ブラケットは、前記取付面からオフセットされ且つ前記支持体の第2端間で延びる横架体をさらに含み、前記支持体及び前記横架体とが少なくとも一部分に前記アクセス領域を定める請求項2に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記一体型取付ブラケットは、前記取付面と前記第1回転軸支持体の第1端とを取り付ける第1取付つめと、前記取付面と前記第2回転軸支持体の第1端とを取り付ける第2取付つめとをさらに含む請求項3に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 少なくとも前記第1管壁の内面と前記第2管壁の外面との部分の間に介在する隙間領域をさらに含み、該隙間領域と前記液体流路との間の流動体の往来を抑制するよう前記シール体が機能する請求項1に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2管壁と係合し且つ前記第2管路に対して前記第1管路を固定するために、前記第1管壁と前記隙間領域とを貫いて延びる留め具をさらに含む請求項5に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2管壁は、前記留め具が係合する留め具受け構造であって、該第2管壁の内面と外面との間に延びる開口を有さない留め具受け構造を含む請求項6に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記留め具受け構造は、前記第2管壁に空洞を含む請求項7に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第1管壁は、前記留め具が通って挿入され得る孔を含み、孔は、前記第1管壁の内面から前記空洞内に径内方向に延びる端を含む請求項8に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記留め具は、前記空洞及び前記第1管壁の内面から径内方向に延びる前記孔の端と係合する請求項9に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 液体貯蔵構造物との使用に適合された落下管アッセンブリであって、
a)第1端部と、内面を備えた第1管壁を少なくとも有する第2端部とを含む上流管路と、
b)内外面を備えた第2管壁を少なくとも有する第1端部と、第2端部とを含む下流管路であって、前記上流管路の第2端部が少なくとも一部分で前記下流管路の第1端部に外挿され、少なくとも前記上流管路と前記下流管路との部分で少なくとも一部分の液体流路を画定するよう協動する下流管路と、
c)前記下流管路の第1端部に対して回転可能であり、前記上流管路および前記下流管路の少なくとも一部分を閉鎖するために提供される弁体と、フロートと、前記弁体に対して回転可能に連結され且つ前記フロートと連動するリンク装置とを含み、前記フロートが前記液体貯蔵構造物における液体レベルに応じて前記弁体の位置調整をする弁アッセンブリと、
d)前記下流管路と係合し、前記リンク装置の動きを制限すべく該リンク装置と係合する可調係止体と、
e)前記第1及び前記第2管壁間に少なくとも一部分が配置されるシール体であって、前記可調係止体と前記下流管路の第2端部との間で縦長に配置されるシール体と、
を含み、
前記可調係止体は、シール体の上流側に位置する第2管壁の外面からアクセス可能である
ことを特徴とする落下管アッセンブリ。 - 少なくとも前記第1管壁の内面と前記第2管壁の外面との部分の間に介在する隙間領域をさらに含み、該隙間領域と前記液体流路との間の流動体の往来を抑制するよう前記シール体が機能する請求項11に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2管壁と係合し且つ前記下流管壁に対して前記上流管路を固定するために、前記第1管壁と前記隙間領域とを貫いて延びる留め具をさらに含む請求項12に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2管壁は、前記留め具が係合する留め具受け構造であって、該第2管壁の内面と外面との間に延びる開口を有さない留め具受け構造を含む請求項13に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記留め具受け構造は、前記第2管壁に空洞を含む請求項14に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記第1管壁は、前記留め具が通って挿入され得る孔を含み、孔は、前記第1管壁の内面から前記空洞内に径内方向に延びる端を含む請求項15に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記留め具は、前記空洞及び前記第1管壁の内面から径内方向に延びる前記孔の端と係合する請求項16に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記下流管路の第1端部は、取付面を含み、前記弁アッセンブリは、前記取付面に取り付けられ且つ前記弁体を前記下流管路に回転可能に取り付ける取付ブラケットをさらに含む請求項11に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記取付ブラケットは、前記下流管路の第2管壁の外面からアクセス可能なアクセス領域を定める一体型取付ブラケットを含み、前記可調係止体は、少なくとも一部分で前記アクセス領域を通って延びる調整通路に沿って調整可能である請求項18に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記一体型取付ブラケットは、前記取付面から離れて延びる第1及び第2回転軸支持体を含み、各支持体は、前記取付面付近に位置する第1端と、前記取付面からオフセットされた第2端とを含み、前記一体型取付ブラケットは、前記取付面からオフセットされ且つ前記支持体の第2端間で延びる横架体をさらに含み、前記支持体及び前記横架体とが少なくとも一部分に前記アクセス領域を定める請求項19に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
- 前記一体型取付ブラケットは、前記取付面と前記第1回転軸支持体の第1端とを取り付ける第1取付つめと、前記取付面と前記第2回転軸支持体の第1端とを取り付ける第2取付つめとをさらに含む請求項20に記載の落下管アッセンブリ。
