実施例6
高温オートクレーブを使用して、多数の比較の腐食抑制剤及び有望な腐食抑制剤をベネズエラ産原油から誘導された、脱気済みHVG0中で評価した。1つの炭素鋼クーポンは気相に静止状態で吊した。2つの炭素鋼クーポンは液体相中で約2fps(フィート/秒)で回転した。液相温度を約20時間600°Fに制御した。重量損失、表面積及び暴露時間を用いて、未処理及び処理済みクーポンについて総腐食速度(mpy)を計算した。結果を以下に示す。

接頭文字Cを付けて識別した試験化合物は比較例を示す。上記実施例で示したように、四酸置換芳香族化合物(I)及びトリメリト酸のエステル及び無水物(II)は、高温の原油、特に含ナフテン酸原油と接触した金属表面の腐食を低減するのに有効である。また本発明の処理剤は、それぞれ触媒被毒及び熱不安定性の可能性について問題があることがわかっているリン又は硫化物部分を含まない。
Claims (10)
- 350°F(180℃)〜790°F(420℃)の温度に加熱された原油又は高温蒸留物の加工に使用する装置の内部金属表面の腐食を抑制する方法であって、原油又は高温石油蒸留物に腐食抑制剤(I)、(II)及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される腐食抑制剤を腐食抑制量添加する工程を含み、腐食抑制剤(I)が次式で表され、
前記腐食抑制剤(II)が次式で表される方法。

- 腐食抑制剤(I)が没食子酸、ピロメリト酸、没食子酸プロピル、没食子酸オクチル、ピロメリト酸テトラオクチル及び1,2,4,5−ベンゼンテトラカルボン酸二無水物からなる群から選択される、請求項2記載の方法。
- 腐食抑制剤(I)がピロメリト酸である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 腐食抑制剤(II)が、1,2,4−ベンゼントリカルボン酸無水物又はトリメリト酸トリオクチルである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記原油又は石油蒸留物がナフテン酸を含有し、前記腐食抑制剤はナフテン酸による腐食用である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記原油又は石油蒸留物がさらに含硫黄化合物を含有する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 原油又は蒸留物に添加する腐食抑制剤(I)及び/又は(II)の量が濃度を1〜5000体積ppmにする量である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記濃度が100〜1500体積ppmである、請求項8記載の方法。
- 腐食抑制剤(I)が1,2,4,5−ベンゼンテトラカルボン酸二無水物である、請求項3記載の方法。
