Claims (25)
- 紙及び紙製品の製造に使用するベルトの製造方法であって:
a)基礎構造を設けるステップと;
b)前記基礎構造の上に化学反応性材料の層を載置するステップと;
c)前記化学反応性材料の層上に液体のエラストマー材料を堆積させるステップと、ここで前記化学反応性材料は溝のパターンを作るために前記エラストマー材料と反応し結合を作り出す;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記基礎構造は、織物と、不織物と、螺旋リンクと、MD又はCDヤーンアレイと、編地と、成形メッシュと、単繊維、諸より単繊維、多重繊維、諸より多重繊維及び人造繊維を包含するヤーンを有する織り材料及び不織材料の螺旋巻きストリップとからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記化学反応性材料は、前記エラストマー材料を前記基礎構造に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、攪拌ヘッドで堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記攪拌ヘッドは、複数のポートを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、前記基礎構造を横切って前記攪拌ヘッドを横動して堆積されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、液体のリボンストリームとして前記基礎構造上に堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リボンストリームは、該リボンがその形状を保持し得るように、所定の時間で液体から固体に変化することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記化学反応性材料が堆積された面と反対の前記基礎構造の面上に樹脂コーティングを設けるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の材料が堆積された上の前記基礎構造は、ロールの外部表面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 均一な厚みを設けるように、制御された様式で、前記基礎構造上に前記エラストマー材料を堆積させるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 頂上部を有するロールカバーを作るように、制御された様式で前記基礎構造上に前記エラストマー材料を堆積させて、前記ロールカバーの中央で最も厚く該中央から離れるに従って徐々に傾斜する不均一な厚みを設けるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 紙及び紙製品の製造に使用するベルトであって、
当該ベルトは:
a)基礎構造と;
b)前記基礎構造の上に載置された化学反応性材料の層と;
c)前記化学反応性材料の層上に堆積された液体のエラストマー材料と、ここで前記化学反応性材料は溝のパターンを作るために前記エラストマー材料と反応し結合を作り出す;
を有することを特徴とするベルト。 - 前記基礎構造上に堆積された前記エラストマー材料は、均一な厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のベルト。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、溝のパターンを形成するのに使用されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のベルト。
- 前記基礎構造は、織物と、不織物と、螺旋リンクと、MD又はCDヤーンアレイと、編地と、成形メッシュと、単繊維、諸より単繊維、多重繊維、諸より多重繊維及び人造繊維を包含するヤーンを有する織り材料及び不織材料の螺旋巻きストリップとからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のベルト。
- 前記化学反応性材料は、前記エラストマー材料を前記基礎構造に結合することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のベルト。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、攪拌ヘッドで堆積されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のベルト。
- 前記攪拌ヘッドは、複数のポートを有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、前記基礎構造を横切って前記攪拌ヘッドを横動して堆積されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、液体のリボンストリームとして前記基礎構造上に堆積されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト。
- 前記リボンストリームは、該リボンがその形状を保持し得るように、所定の時間で液体から固体に変化することを特徴とする請求項21に記載のベルト。
- 前記リボンストリームは、螺旋又はジグザグパターンの形態であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のベルト。
- 前記化学反応性材料が堆積された面と反対の前記基礎構造の面上に樹脂コーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のベルト。
- 前記パターンは、溝を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のベルト。
