Claims (3)
- ポンプ室に収納したロータと、ロータのスラスト面に形成した複数のベーン溝と、各ベーン溝にロータのラジアル方向にスライド自在に収納したベーンと、ポンプ室の内面とロータの外周面とベーンとで囲まれてロータの回転駆動によりその容積を大小変化させる作動室と、容積拡大過程の作動室に作動流体を流入させる吸入口と、容積縮小過程の作動室から作動流体を排出させる吐出口とを備え、ポンプ室の内周面から被摺接部を突出し、該被摺接部の内周面を各ベーンの先端が摺接する摺接面とし、ロータの外周面にフランジ部を突設し、該フランジ部の片側の面にベーン溝の底面と同一面でベーンがスライドする延長スライド面を形成し、該フランジ部の外周部をロータのスラスト方向において前記被摺接部に対向する位置に配置したベーンポンプであって、前記ロータを、スラスト方向の一側に配置される円形のロータ本体と、スラスト方向の他側に配置され、円筒状の永久磁石からなるマグネット部とで構成し、前記各ベーン溝をロータ本体のマグネット部と反対側のスラスト面に形成すると共に、前記フランジ部をロータ本体の外周面のマグネット部側の端部から突出し、マグネット部のロータ本体側の端部をフランジ部に接続し、円筒状のマグネット部の内側にマグネット部を回転駆動するステータを配設したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 前記フランジ部の外周部及び被摺接部間に蛇行した微小隙間を形成して成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記フランジ部の片側の面にロータのラジアル方向に伸びて各ベーン溝の底面と同一面となる底面を有するガイド溝を形成し、該ガイド溝の底面を前記延長スライド面として成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
