Claims (4)
- タンク内のウォッシャ液をウォッシャポンプで吸い込みウォッシャノズルから噴射させるウォッシャ液噴射装置であって、
前記ウォッシャ液のタンク残量に応じ、タンク残量が設定量よりも多いときの非報知状態からタンク残量が設定量よりも減少したときの報知状態に作動状態が変化して、タンク残量が少なくなったことを報知する残量報知手段が設けられ、
前記残量報知手段は、前記非報知状態での前記ウォッシャノズルからの噴射量よりも前記報知状態での前記ウォッシャノズルからの噴射量を減少させることで報知する噴射量制限手段を備え、
前記噴射量制限手段として、前記タンク内に開口された前記ウォッシャポンプの吸込側に設けられ、前記タンク残量に応じタンク残量が減少したときにタンク残量が多いときに比べて吸込量を機械的に減少させる吸込量制限手段と、前記ウォッシャノズルに設けられ、前記吸込量制限手段による吸込量減少に伴い吐出液圧が低くなると、複数の噴射口を開いた状態から前記噴射口の一部を閉じて前記ウォッシャ液を噴射する前記噴射口の数を減らした状態に変化させる圧力感応バルブを有した噴射状態変更手段と、を備えていることを特徴とするウォッシャ液噴射装置。 - 前記吸込量制限手段は、前記吸込側の流路断面積を変更可能なバルブ部材と、前記ウォッシャ液のタンク残量が所定以上のときに前記バルブ部材を流路断面積を拡大する側に開かせるフロートと、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォッシャ液噴射装置。
- 前記吸込量制限手段は、一端の開口が前記ウォッシャポンプの吐出側に配置され、他端の開口が、タンク残量が設定量よりも減少したときに前記ウォッシャ液の液面上に露出するよう前記タンク内に配置されたベント管を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォッシャ液噴射装置。
- タンク内のウォッシャ液をウォッシャポンプで吸い込みウォッシャノズルから噴射させるウォッシャ液噴射装置であって、
前記ウォッシャ液のタンク残量に応じ、タンク残量が設定量よりも多いときの非報知状態からタンク残量が設定量よりも減少したときの報知状態に作動状態が変化して、タンク残量が少なくなったことを報知する残量報知手段が設けられ、
前記残量報知手段は、前記非報知状態での前記ウォッシャノズルからの噴射量よりも前記報知状態での前記ウォッシャノズルからの噴射量を減少させることで報知する噴射量制限手段を備え、
前記噴射量制限手段として、前記ウォッシャポンプの吐出側と前記タンクを結ぶ環流路及びタンク残量が設定量よりも多いときには前記環流路を閉じタンク残量が設定量よりも少なくなったときに前記環流路を開く開閉弁を備えた環流切換手段と、前記ウォッシャノズルに設けられ、前記吸込量制限手段による吸込量減少に伴い吐出液圧が低くなると、複数の噴射口を開いた状態から前記噴射口の一部を閉じて前記ウォッシャ液を噴射する前記噴射口の数を減らした状態に変化させる圧力感応バルブを有した噴射状態変更手段と、を備えていることを特徴とするウォッシャ液噴射装置。
