Claims (9)
- クラッチと、
変速機と、
駆動力を発生させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源の駆動力により回転するシフトシャフトと、
前記シフトシャフトの回転に連動して前記クラッチを断続するクラッチ伝達機構と、
前記シフトシャフトの回転に連動して前記変速機に変速動作を行わせる変速機伝達機構と、
前記駆動源の制御を行う制御装置と、
前記シフトシャフトの回転位置を検出する位置センサと、
前記シフトシャフトの回転位置であって、前記クラッチが半クラッチ状態となる半クラッチ領域よりも切断側の第1の位置と、前記半クラッチ領域よりも接続側の第2の位置とを記憶する記憶装置と、を備えた変速制御装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記クラッチが切断されて前記変速機の変速動作が行われた後に前記クラッチを接続する際に、前記シフトシャフトを前記第1の位置まで所定速度で回転させ、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置までは、前記シフトシャフトを前記所定速度よりも遅い速度で回転させる、変速制御装置。 - 前記駆動源と前記シフトシャフトとの間に介在し、前記駆動源から前記シフトシャフトに向かう駆動力は伝達するが、前記シフトシャフトから前記駆動源に向かう駆動力は伝達しない動力伝達機構を備えている、請求項1に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記駆動源と前記シフトシャフトとの間に介在し、前記駆動源の駆動力を前記シフトシャフトに伝達するウォームギアを備えている、請求項1に記載の変速制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置を備えた鞍乗型車両。
- 前記変速機は、複数の変速ギアを有するギア式変速機であり、
前記第1の位置から第2の位置までの前記シフトシャフトの回転速度は、前記変速機のシフトチェンジの段数に応じて設定される、請求項4に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出装置と、
乗員のシフト操作が入力されるシフトチェンジスイッチと、を備え、
前記第1の位置から第2の位置までの前記シフトシャフトの回転速度は、前記シフトチェンジスイッチが操作されたときの前記エンジンの回転数に応じて設定される、請求項5に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出装置と、を備え、
前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置までの前記シフトシャフトの回転速度は、前記シフトシャフトが前記クラッチを接続する方向に回転し始める時の前記エンジンの回転数に応じて設定される、請求項5に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出装置と、
乗員のシフト操作が入力されるシフトチェンジスイッチと、を備え、
前記シフトチェンジスイッチが操作された時から、前記シフトシャフトが前記クラッチを接続する方向に回転し始める時までの間に、前記エンジンの回転数が所定値以上になった場合は、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで前記シフトシャフトを前記所定速度よりも遅い速度で回転させ、前記エンジンの回転数が前記所定値未満の場合には、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで前記シフトシャフトを前記所定速度で回転させる、請求項5に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンの出力制御を行うエンジン制御装置と、を備え、
前記エンジン制御装置は、シフトアップ時またはシフトダウン時の前記クラッチの断続工程において前記エンジンの出力を抑制するエンジン出力抑制処理を行う、請求項4に記載の鞍乗型車両。
