Description
この場合、切換え軸取り付けに際して隔壁は弾性範囲内で広げられる。これにより、通路壁間で軸受面を幅広に形成することができ、しかもただ側壁間距離を切換え軸の装着が可能なところまで小さくするだけで軸受面を幅広にできる。
Claims (5)
- フランジ部(12)に配置され、少なくとも一の流入通路(14)と該流入通路(14)を閉じる一のフラップ弁装置とを備え、切換え軸(15)の作動により前記流入通路(14)を閉じるフラップ弁(33)が前記切換え軸(15)に配設され、前記切換え軸(15)は吸気装置(10)に組み込まれ、前記フランジ部(12)に前記切換え軸を軸受する軸受部材(16)を有する内燃機関の吸気装置において、
前記切換え軸(15)は各軸受部材(16)に180°を越える角度範囲に亘って包囲され、前記各軸受部材(16)は二つの側壁(26)を有し、該両側壁(26)は切換え軸(15)の方向に一定の距離を存して対向するように一の横桁(30)により連結され、該両側壁(26)にはそれぞれ前記切換え軸(15)を受け入れる軸受面(24)と、該軸受面(24)に前記切換え軸(15)を装着するための接線方向の開口部(25)とを有し、
前記軸受部材(16)は前記フランジ部(12)に装着された状態で、前記流入通路(14)を囲むシール溝に合致する溝断面の凹部(17)が前記軸受部材(16)に形成されることを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 前記フランジ部(12)には複数の吸入通路が設けられ、各シリンダには一の第1の流入通路(13)と一の第2の流入通路(14)とが設けられ、前記切換え軸(15)は全部の流入通路を貫いて配置され、前記フラップ弁(33)は各第2の流入通路(14)のみに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸気装置。
- 前記両側壁(26)の前記接線方向開口部(25)は互いに対向して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸気装置。
- 対向して設けられる一方の側壁(26)と他方の側壁(26)との間の距離(32)は前記切換え軸(15)の直径に合致する距離であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸気装置。
- 軸受形成部(27)の軸受面(24)が前記切換え軸(15)を180°を超える角度範囲で囲み流入通路(13、14)間にラビリンスシール路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。
