Claims (8)
- 発電機の回転子を回転可能に支持する水潤滑式の軸受本体と、前記軸受本体のケースの外周側に設けたスリーブと、前記スリーブの外周面との間に環状の隙間流路を形成しつつ、Oリングを介し前記スリーブを保持する軸受ハウジングとを備えたガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置であって、
前記軸受ハウジングは、前記隙間流路に連通して給水する給水孔を有し、
前記スリーブは、前記隙間流路に連通して、前記給水孔から給水された水の一部を前記軸受本体へ導水する導水孔と、前記隙間流路における前記給水孔の連通位置から軸方向に所定距離離れた位置で連通して排水する排水孔とを有し、
前記隙間流路から前記スリーブの排出孔を経て排水する排水経路における流路断面積の最小値を、前記隙間流路から前記スリーブの導水孔を経て前記軸受本体へ導水する導水経路における流路断面積の最小値より小さくすることを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置。 - 請求項1記載のガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置において、前記排水経路における流路断面積の最小値を、前記導水経路における流路断面積の最小値の30%以下とすることを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置において、前記軸受ハウジングの給水孔は、前記隙間流路の下方側位置で連通し、前記スリーブの排水孔は、前記隙間流路の上方側位置で連通することを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置において、前記軸受ハウジングの給水孔は、前記発電機の軸方向内側に設け、前記スリーブの排水孔は、前記発電機の軸方向外側に設けたことを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備の軸受装置。
- ガス熱エネルギを機械的エネルギに変換するタービンの羽根車と、前記タービンの羽根車に同軸連結された回転子を有し、機械的エネルギを電気エネルギに変換する発電機と、前記発電機の回転子を回転可能に支持する水潤滑式の軸受本体、前記軸受本体のケースの外周側に設けたスリーブ、及び前記スリーブの外周面との間に環状の隙間流路を形成しつつ、Oリングを介し前記スリーブを保持する軸受ハウジングを有する軸受装置とを備えたガスタービン発電設備であって、
前記軸受ハウジングは、前記隙間流路に連通して給水する給水孔を有し、
前記スリーブは、前記隙間流路に連通して、前記給水孔から給水された水の一部を前記軸受本体へ導水する導水孔、及び前記隙間流路における前記給水孔の連通位置から軸方向に所定距離離れた位置で連通して排水する排水孔を有し、
前記隙間流路から前記スリーブの排出孔を経て排水する排水経路における流路断面積の最小値を、前記隙間流路から前記スリーブの導水孔を経て前記軸受本体へ導水する導水経路における流路断面積の最小値より小さくすることを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備。 - 請求項5記載のガスタービン発電設備において、前記排水経路における流路断面積の最小値を、前記導水経路における流路断面積の最小値の30%以下とすることを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備。
- 請求項5又は6記載のガスタービン発電設備において、前記軸受ハウジングの給水孔は、前記隙間流路の下方側位置で連通し、前記スリーブの排水孔は、前記隙間流路の上方側位置で連通することを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか1項記載のガスタービン発電設備において、前記軸受ハウジングの給水孔は、前記発電機の軸方向内側に設け、前記スリーブの排水孔は、前記発電機の軸方向外側に設けたことを特徴とするガスタービン発電設備。
