Claims (37)
- 包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体であって、
a)少なくとも第一ポリマー層と、第二ポリマー層と、該第一及び第二ポリマー層の間に配置される第三ポリマー層と、該第一及び第三ポリマー層の間に配置される第四ポリマー層と、該第二及び第三ポリマー層の間に配置される第五ポリマー層とを備え;
b)前記第一、第二、第三、第四及び第五ポリマー層はインフレート共有押出成形フィルムとして一緒に形成され;
c)前記第一ポリマー層は前記フィルム積層体に対する表面層であって、ASTM D−1238試験法に準拠して190℃/2.16kgで測定したメルトインデックスが20g/10分以上のヒートシール性樹脂を含み;
d)前記第一ポリマー層の厚みはAで、前記フィルム積層体の全体の厚みはBとすると、AとBの相対値はA/B≧0.3を満足する;
フィルム積層体。 - 前記ヒートシール性材料樹脂はASTM D−1238試験法に準拠して190℃/2.16kgで測定したメルトインデックスが30g/10分以上である請求項1に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記ヒートシール性樹脂はアクリレートベースの樹脂、アクリル酸ベースの樹脂、アイオノマー、エチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー(E/AO)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項1に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記アクリル酸ベースの樹脂はエチレン/アクリル酸コポリマー(E/AA)、エチレン/メタクリル酸コポリマー(E/MAA)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項3に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記アクリレートベースの樹脂はエチレン/メチルメタクリレートコポリマー(E/MMA)、エチレン/ビニルアクリレートコポリマー(E/VA)、エチレン/メタクリレートコポリマー(E/MA)、エチレン/n−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー(E/nBA)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項4に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第二ポリマー層はポリオレフィンを含む請求項1に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第三ポリマー層は、前記フィルム積層体の酸素透過率がASTM D−3985−81に準拠して測定して0〜2.0cm3/100in2(645.16cm2)(24時間、相対湿度0%、23℃)となるように酸素バリア材料を含む請求項1に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第三ポリマー層はエチレン/ビニルアルコールコポリマー(E/VOH)、ポリ塩化ビニリデンコポリマー(PVDC)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される酸素バリア材料を含む請求項1に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第四及び第五ポリマー層はそれぞれナイロンを含む請求項1に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記ナイロンはナイロン成核剤及び非晶質ナイロンが共に存在しないナイロンコポリマー又はそのブレンドを含む請求項9に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は更に第六ポリマー層を備える請求項9に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第六ポリマー層は前記フィルム積層体に対する表面層であり、ラミネーションにより前記第二ポリマー層に隣接して配置される請求項11に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第六ポリマー層はポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される延伸した熱可塑性材料を含む請求項12に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は更に第七ポリマー層、第八ポリマー層及び第九ポリマー層を備え;前記第七ポリマー層は前記第一及び第四ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第八ポリマー層は前記第二及び第五ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第九ポリマー層は前記第二及び第六ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第七、第八及び第九ポリマー層のそれぞれは接着剤を含み;前記第一、第二、第三、第四、第五、第七、第八及び第九ポリマー層はインフレート共有押出成形フィルムとして一緒に形成される請求項11に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体であって、
a)少なくとも第一ポリマー層と、第二ポリマー層と、該第一及び第二ポリマー層の間に配置される第三ポリマー層と、該第一及び第三ポリマー層の間に配置される第四ポリマー層と、該第二及び第三ポリマー層の間に配置される第五ポリマー層とを備え;
b)前記第一、第二、第三、第四及び第五ポリマー層はインフレート共有押出成形フィルムとして一緒に形成され;
c)前記第一ポリマー層は前記フィルム積層体に対する表面層であって、ASTM D−1238試験法に準拠して190℃/2.16kgで測定したメルトインデックスが20g/10分以上のヒートシール性樹脂を含み;前記ヒートシール性樹脂はアクリレートベースの樹脂、アクリル酸ベースの樹脂、アイオノマー、エチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー(E/AO)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含み;
d)前記第一ポリマー層の厚みはAで、前記フィルム積層体の全体の厚みはBとすると、AとBの相対値はA/B≧0.3を満足する;
フィルム積層体。 - 前記ヒートシール性材料樹脂はASTM D−1238試験法に準拠して190℃/2.16kgで測定したメルトインデックスが30g/10分以上である請求項15記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記アクリル酸ベースの樹脂はエチレン/アクリル酸コポリマー(E/AA)、エチレン/メタクリル酸コポリマー(E/MAA)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項15に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記アクリレートベースの樹脂はエチレン/メチルメタクリレートコポリマー(E/MMA)、エチレン/ビニルアクリレートコポリマー(E/VA)、エチレン/メタクリレートコポリマー(E/MA)、エチレン/n−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー(E/nBA)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項15に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第二ポリマー層はポリオレフィンを含む請求項15に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第三ポリマー層は、前記フィルム積層体の酸素透過率がASTM D−3985−81試験法に準拠して測定して0〜2.0cm3/100in2(645.16cm2)(24時間、相対湿度0%、23℃)となるように酸素バリア材料を含む請求項15に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第三ポリマー層はエチレン/ビニルアルコールコポリマー(E/VOH)、ポリ塩化ビニリデンコポリマー(PVDC)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される酸素バリア材料を含む請求項15に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第四及び第五ポリマー層はそれぞれナイロンを含む請求項15に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記ナイロンはナイロン成核剤及び非晶質ナイロンが共に存在しないナイロンコポリマー又はそのブレンドを含む請求項22に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は更に第六ポリマー層を備える請求項22に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第六ポリマー層は前記フィルム積層体に対する表面層であり、ラミネーションにより前記第二ポリマー層に隣接して配置される請求項24に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第六ポリマー層はポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される延伸した熱可塑性材料を含む請求項25に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は更に第七ポリマー層、第八ポリマー層及び第九ポリマー層を備え;前記第七ポリマー層は前記第一及び第四ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第八ポリマー層は前記第二及び第五ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第九ポリマー層は前記第二及び第六ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第七、第八及び第九ポリマー層のそれぞれは接着剤を含み;前記第一、第二、第三、第四、第五、第七、第八及び第九ポリマー層はインフレート共有押出成形フィルムとして一緒に形成される請求項24に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体であって、
a)少なくとも第一ポリマー層、第二ポリマー層、第三ポリマー層、第四ポリマー層及び第五ポリマー層を備え;
b)前記第一ポリマー層、第二ポリマー層、第三ポリマー層、第四ポリマー層及び第五ポリマー層はインフレート共有押出成形フィルムとして一緒に形成され;
c)前記第一ポリマー層は前記フィルム積層体に対する表面層であって、ASTM D−1238試験法に準拠して190℃/2.16kgで測定したメルトインデックスが20g/10分以上のヒートシール性樹脂を含み;前記ヒートシール性樹脂はアクリレートベースの樹脂、アクリル酸ベースの樹脂、アイオノマー、エチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー(E/AO)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含み;
d)前記第一ポリマー層の厚みはAで、前記フィルム積層体の全体の厚みはBとすると、AとBの相対値はA/B≧0.3を満足し;
e)前記第二ポリマー層はナイロンを含み;前記第二ポリマー層は前記第一及び第三ポリマー層の間に配置され;
f)前記第三ポリマー層はエチレン/ビニルアルコールコポリマー(E/VOH)、ポリ塩化ビニリデンコポリマー(PVDC)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される酸素バリア材料を含み;前記第三ポリマー層は前記第二及び第四ポリマー層の間に配置され;
g)前記第四ポリマー層はナイロンを含み;前記第四ポリマー層は前記第三及び第五ポリマー層の間に配置され;
h)前記第五ポリマー層はポリオレフィンを含む;
フィルム積層体。 - 前記ヒートシール性材料樹脂はASTM D−1238試験法に準拠して190℃/2.16kgで測定したメルトインデックスが30g/10分以上である請求項28記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記アクリル酸ベースの樹脂はエチレン/アクリル酸コポリマー(E/AA)、エチレン/メタクリル酸コポリマー(E/MAA)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項28に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記アクリレートベースの樹脂はエチレン/メチルメタクリレートコポリマー(E/MMA)、エチレン/ビニルアクリレートコポリマー(E/VA)、エチレン/メタクリレートコポリマー(E/MA)、エチレン/n−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー(E/nBA)及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項28に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記ナイロンはナイロン成核剤及び非晶質ナイロンが共に存在しないナイロンコポリマー又はそのブレンドを含む請求項28に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は更に第六ポリマー層を備える請求項28に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第六ポリマー層は前記フィルム積層体に対する表面層であり、ラミネーションにより前記第五ポリマー層に隣接して配置される請求項33に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記第六ポリマー層はポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド及びこれらのブレンドよりなる群から選択される延伸した熱可塑性材料を含む請求項34に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は更に第七ポリマー層、第八ポリマー層及び第九ポリマー層を備え;前記第七ポリマー層は前記第一及び第二ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第八ポリマー層は前記第四及び第五ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第九ポリマー層は前記第五及び第六ポリマー層の間に配置され;前記第七、第八及び第九ポリマー層のそれぞれは接着剤を含み;前記第一、第二、第三、第四、第五、第七、第八及び第九ポリマー層はインフレート共有押出成形フィルムとして一緒に形成される請求項33に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
- 前記フィルム積層体は食品包装又はその部分である請求項1、15又は28に記載の包装用多層熱可塑性フィルム積層体。
