Description
なお、L1とL2の関係は圧入できる寸法であればよい。また、L2<L3により漸次広がる角度が決まってくるが、この角度が大きいと根元部でトルク伝達用突起5とトルク伝達用溝6の当接がしにくくなるので、L1<L3の関係で従来のスプライン嵌合される寸法と同じにして、その範囲内でL2、L3の寸法を決めればよい。また、L2<L3により圧入される長さL4が決まってくる。
なお、L1とL2の関係は圧入できる寸法であればよい。また、L2<L5により漸次広がる角度が決まってくるが、この角度が大きいと根元部でトルク伝達用突起5とトルク伝達用溝7の当接がしにくくなるので、L1<L5の関係で従来のスプライン嵌合される寸法と同じにして、その範囲内でL2、L5の寸法を決めればよい。また、L2<L5により圧入される長さL6が決まってくる。

Claims (3)
- 端部に軸方向に延びた複数のトルク伝達用突起を有する中空状のシャフトと、内面に軸方向に延びた複数のトルク伝達用溝を有する等速自在継手の内方部材とを備え、前記シャフトの複数のトルク伝達用突起をそれぞれ軸線方向に平行でストレートに一定幅で形成すると共に、前記内方部材の複数のトルク伝達用溝の幅をそれぞれ前記トルク伝達用突起の端面側に位置する端面部から、前記トルク伝達用突起の根元部側に位置する根元部に向かって、軸方向全域に亘り直線的に漸次広くし、前記トルク伝達用溝の端面部側に前記トルク伝達用突起を所定の軸方向長さで圧入したことを特徴とする動力伝達構造。
- 前記トルク伝達用突起の幅L1に対して、トルク伝達用溝の端面部の幅L2と根元部の幅L3との関係を
L2<L1<L3
にしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達構造。 - 前記トルク伝達用溝をプレス加工で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達構造。
