Claims (3)
- 内球面の円周方向等配位置に軸方向に延びるボール溝を形成した外側継手部材と、外球面の円周方向等配位置に軸方向に延びるボール溝を形成した内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のボール溝と内側継手部材のボール溝とで形成された楔形のボールトラックに配置したボールと、外側継手部材の内球面と内側継手部材の外球面との間に介在してボールを保持する保持器とを具備し、弾性的な押圧力を軸方向に作用させる押圧部を内輪側に設け、前記押圧部からの押圧力を受ける受け部を保持器に設けた固定式等速自在継手において、ステアリングシャフトの折り曲げ方向がボール溝方向となる回転方向位相と、車両の直進状態のステアリングホイール回転位相を一致させ、かつ、トルク−捩れ角線図における入力トルク0Nm時に捩れ角が0であることを特徴とするステアリング装置用固定式等速自在継手。
- 内球面の円周方向等配位置に軸方向に延びるボール溝を形成した外側継手部材と、外球面の円周方向等配位置に軸方向に延びるボール溝を形成した内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のボール溝と内側継手部材のボール溝とで形成された楔形のボールトラックに配置したボールと、外側継手部材の内球面と内側継手部材の外球面との間に介在してボールを保持する保持器とを具備し、弾性的な押圧力を軸方向に作用させる押圧部を内輪側に設け、前記押圧部からの押圧力を受ける受け部を保持器に設けた固定式等速自在継手において、ステアリングシャフトの折り曲げ方向がボール溝方向となる回転方向位相と、車両の直進状態のステアリングホイール回転位相を一致させ、かつ、トルク−捩れ角線図において、入力トルク0Nm付近の捩り剛性を1.5Nm/deg〜6Nm/degの範囲にしたことを特徴とするステアリング装置用固定式等速自在継手。
- 弾性的な押圧力により内側継手部材が、保持器に設けられた受け部を介してボールトラックの拡大側に押し出されるように作用させる請求項1または2の固定式等速自在継手。
