Claims (17)
- 切削ツールまたはクランプツールに対応して駆動できる関節式接続部を有する2本のアーム(15、16)と、
血管または組織(40)を把持し、前記血管または組織(40)を凝固させるために前記血管または組織(40)に凝固電流を通すようアーム(15、16)の遠位端(11、12)に凝固表面(22a、23a)があり、相互に対向して位置決めされた電極部品(22、23)と、
前記凝固電流をHF発生器から前記電極部品(22、23)へ供給する電流供給装置(20、21)と
を有する電気外科用器具において、
前記凝固表面(22a)が少なくとも第1中心区間において凸状であり、前記対向する凝固表面(23a)が少なくとも第2中心区間において凹状であり、前記凹状凝固表面(23a)の前記曲率半径が、少なくとも前記第2中心区間において前記第1中心区間における前記凝固表面(22a)の前記曲率半径より大きく、湾曲部(22b、23b)が、前記遠位端(11、12)の縦軸に沿って、前記遠位端(11、12)間で保持されて前記縦軸に直角に延在する前記血管または組織(40)が、前記第1および第2中心区間に向かって増加する圧力で保持されるような態様で延在し、
前記凝固表面(22a、23a)どうしはその頂点でのみ接触し、血管または組織が前記凝固表面(22a、23a)の間にクランプされている時、前記凝固表面(22a、23a)の頂点の周囲に対称に延在する最大近接区域が形成されることを特徴とする電気外科用器具。 - 絶縁区間(28)が少なくとも1つの前記凝固表面上の前記中心区間に形成され、したがって前記凝固表面(22a、23a)間の直接的な電気的接触を回避できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記絶縁区間(28)が、少なくとも1つの凝固表面上に、突出するような態様で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記絶縁区間(28)がいくつかの部分区間から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記絶縁区間(28)が少なくとも1つの凝固表面上に、前記凝固表面(22a、23a)の頂点に沿って連続的に延在し、前記凝固表面(22a、23a)とほぼ面一であるような態様で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記絶縁区間(28)がセラミックまたはダイアモンドから構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 少なくとも1つの電極部品(22、23)が、切削処置を実行するために切削器具(30)用の少なくとも1つの開放領域(22d、23d)を備え、したがって前記開放領域(22d、23d)の少なくとも1つの区域が、前記切削器具(30)用の案内ギャップ(24)として設けられ、これを前記クランプした組織(40)上に配置できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記開放領域(22d、23d)が前記個々の電極部品(22、23)を少なくとも2つの区域に分割し、したがって前記電極部品(22、23)が、相互に対向し、平行に配置された個々の分離表面(22e、22e’、23e、23e’)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記開放領域(22d、23d)が前記個々の電極部品(22、23)を少なくとも2つの部分に分割し、したがって前記電極部品(22、23)が、前記凝固表面(22a、23a)の方向に相互に向かって先細になり、対向して配置された個々の分離表面(22e、22e’、23e、23e’)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記アーム(15、16)が一緒にされた場合にほぼ位置合わせされる開放領域(22d、23d)が、前記対向する電極部品(22、23)上に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記切削器具(30)が前記電気外科用器具(10)と一緒に構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記切削器具(30)を機械的および/または電気的に駆動できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記切削器具(30)が、HF電流によって切削するように構築されて、制御ユニットに接続され、したがって前記操作段階に応じて前記切削電流を供給できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 湾曲部(22b、23b)によって生じる前記組織(40)への張力付与効果を支持する表面輪郭(27、27’)が、一方の電極部品および/または前記対向する電極部品に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記張力付与効果を支持する前記表面輪郭(27、27’)が、鋸歯状輪郭として構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 1つまたはそれぞれの絶縁区間(28)が、前記張力付与効果を支持する前記表面輪郭(27、27’)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記器具が腹腔鏡器具として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
