- 媒体を送るガス管または水管用の部品の製造に供される銅合金であって、重量%で、
Si:2〜4.5%、
Zn:1〜15%、
Mn:0.05〜2%および
Cu:80〜96.95%
からなり、任意でさらに、
Al:0.05〜0.5%、
Sn:0.05〜2%、
Zr:0.0005〜0.05%、
P:0.01〜0.2%
を含み、
残部として不可避的不純物からなる銅合金。 - 銅合金が圧縮ジョイントの製造に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銅合金。
- 固定された圧縮連結部を伴うバルブの製造に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記
載の銅合金。 - Znが、5〜15重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銅合金。
- Mnが、0.2〜0.6重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に
記載の銅合金。 - 不可避的不純物が、合計で0.5重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の
銅合金。 - 不可避的不純物が、合計で0.25重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載
の銅合金。 - Niおよび/またはPbが、不可避的不純物として、合計で0.25重量%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の銅合金。 - 媒体を送るガス管または水管用の銅合金で少なくとも一部が構成される部品であって、重量%で、
Si:2〜4.5%、
Zn:1〜15%、
Mn:0.05〜2%および
Cu:80〜96.95%
からなり、任意でさらに、
Al:0.05〜0.5%、
Sn:0.05〜2%、
Zr:0.0005〜0.05%、
P:0.01〜0.2%
を含み、
残部として不可避的不純物からなる銅合金で少なくとも一部が構成される部品。 - Cu、ZnおよびSi元素が、α固溶体の形態中に98重量%より多く存在することを
特徴とする請求項9に記載の部品。 - 部品が圧縮ジョイントであることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の部品。
- 部品が、固定された圧縮連結部を伴うバルブであることを特徴とする請求項9〜11の
いずれか1項に記載の部品。 - Znが、5〜15重量%であることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載
の部品。 - Mnが、0.2〜0.6重量%であることを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれか1項
に記載の部品。 - 不可避的不純物が、合計で0.5重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の
部品。 - 不可避的不純物が、合計で0.25重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項15に記
載の部品。 - Niおよび/またはPbが、不可避的不純物として、合計で0.25重量%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の部品。
