Description
Claims (11)
- 支持フレーム(12)に対して移動する搬送体(14)上にスラリー(16)を堆積させ、切断した繊維(18)を前記スラリー(16)上に堆積させる、セメントパネルの生産ライン(10)、において使用する埋込み装置(20)であって、
前記支持フレーム(12)に固定されている第1の細長い軸(22)であって、軸線方向に間隔を置いた第1の複数の大径の円盤(32)を有し、当該円盤(32)が、軸線方向に配列された第1の複数の小径の円盤(34)の間に前記第1の軸(22)に沿って積み重ねられる、前記第1の細長い軸と、
前記支持フレーム(12)に固定されている第2の細長い軸(24)であって、軸線方向に間隔を置いた第2の複数の大径の円盤(32)を有し、当該円盤(32)が、軸線方向に配列された第2の複数の小径の円盤(34)の間に前記第2の軸(24)に沿って積み重ねられる、前記第2の細長い軸と、
を備えており、
前記第1の軸(22)は、前記第1の複数の大径の円盤(32)が前記第2の複数の大径の円盤(32)と噛み合い、当該噛み合い関係により、対向する前記第1及び第2の軸(22,24)の隣接する円盤(32)間に、互いに接近しつつ回転可能となる自己掃除のための隙間が形成されるように、前記第2の軸(24)に対して配置されている、
埋込み装置。 - 側面から見たとき、前記第1及び第2の複数の円盤(32)の周囲(40)が互いに重なっている、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記軸(22,24)が、前記生産ライン(10)に沿っての前記スラリー(16)の移動方向に対してほぼ横方向であるように前記フレーム(12)上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記軸(22,24)が、互いにほぼ平行であるように前記フレーム(12)上に配置されている、請求項3に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記第1及び第2の複数の大径の円盤(32)の周囲(40)が、前記第1及び第2の複数の小径の円盤(34)の対応する周囲(42)に近接している、請求項4に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記円盤(32)が、一緒に回転するように前記対応する細長い軸(22,24)に固定されている、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。

- 前記第1及び第2の複数の円盤(32,34)は厚さを有し、前記第1及び第2の円盤(32,34)の前記厚さがほぼ等しい、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記軸(22,24)が、前記生産ライン(10)に沿っての前記スラリー(16)の移動方向に対してほぼ横方向であるように前記フレーム(12)上に配置されており、互いにほぼ平行である、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
